- Have in mind that weather around the islands is usually better than in Bergen city. We still have a great time kayaking in rain, and we like to show you the weather and changing in light, color and birdlife. Tour goes in rain and shine!

Great experience for beginners. Guide was outstanding and accommodated all levels and ages well. There are restrooms at the launch site and waterproof gear is provided. Water shoes are not needed but would help at the rest/midway point. Paddle time was about 2 1/2 hours. Really beautiful scenery.
This was a really great way to get outside of Bergen and see fjords and islands from a completely different perspective. Everything you need is provided - including a snack break on the water that was great.
This was easily our favorite activity during our stay in Bergen. Simon was a fantastic guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and just fun to spend a few hours with. He shared information about the area, pointed out local birds, and even showed us some jellyfish and crabs. The company provided waterproof gear and also had fleeces and hats available, which we appreciated. The scenery was incredible, and being out on the water was such a unique way to experience the area. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bergen.

Had an absolutely fantastic morning with the wonderful guide Line, she was so knowledgeable. Please don’t let the rain put you off, after all this is Bergen it rains most of the time anyway! You are provided with all the equipment including water proof trousers, jacket, shoes, gloves and even hat, which meant at no point was I cold, in fact I got wetter walking to the meeting point in my gear than I did on the entire trip on the water! Despite the rain there was no wind which meant the water was so calm and you could hear each rain drop hitting the water, it was so peaceful and a wonderful way to view the area. I have kayaked in the uk to a very basic standard, and this was effortless compared to navigating the uk rivers and a 1000 cleaner. If I come back to Bergen again I would have no hesitation in doing this all over again.

The Guided Kayak tour Bergen was brilliant! By van, you go to Askøy from Bergen center which is very residential and pittoresk. You kayak by two, which is great even when you sign up solo! They also provide warm waterproof jackets, pants, gloves and so on! Victor and Iris were incredibly helpful and kind. Victor who kayaked with us, shared many fun stories and anecdotes throughout the journey and even snacks😋!! This kayaktour is level wise easy enough for starters as well as interesting for the more experienced. Highly recommend🙌
