This was a great experience for the kids though it was too cold for the manatees
Nick was our guide. He was amazing and very knowledgable about the area and wildlife. He added a lot of history and facts about what we’re seeing make it more then just a kayak.. It was an enjoyable 2 1/2 hours - not too strenuous with nice breaks and the ability to see the hidden gems of the mangrove.
Nick was our guide and he did a fantastic job. He was very informative and patient with all of us. We will definitely recommend to friends and book again.
We really enjoyed our time with Luke. We learned many things about the area and animals and it was super cool to go through the mangrove tunnels. With the size of our group, there were times we had a little trouble hearing him so another guide may have help or gathering the group together before talking about the eco systems we’re seeing could have been useful. We would definitely recommend this company and this trip.
Excellent tour/experience. Hannah, our guide was so knowledgeable about wild life and the area in general. We saw a manatee, dolphin and numerous birds. Also learned tons about the mangroves. Highly recommend this fun activity!
It was a lot of fun. We chose the paddle boards over the kayaks. I recommend bringing water sunscreen and a snack. My 12-year-old got pretty hungry about halfway through after viewing the paddle board for an hour and the rest of her trip would’ve been better with little food.
Nick was insightful and kept the group organized. He took great pictures along the way so we could focus on the experience.
We took the guided tour because unfamiliar with the area. I’m glad we did. Once we got in the mangroves, I got turned around. We ran into 2 parties who were lost and our guide gave them directions. We kayaked first to the beach and got to shell and swim. Then we set off through the mangroves and then Estero Bay. Very low key, relaxing paddle.
Jack was able to guide us; was accommodating. My aunts first time in a kayak therefore did the tandem and helped through the process in calmness in learning how to navigate.
We had a fun time on the paddleboards but it is a little work since you are paddling for about 2 hours. Its unfortunate that the pictures we got were blurry and we only got 5 of them. Otherwise it was a good trip.
