Pick-up at any house, hostel, or hotel situated inside the city of Ponta Delgada, and will take place between 5:30 PM-6:00 PM Note that the pickup time can be changed. It all depends on the number of guests. we'll inform you of the exact time the pick-up will be.

- Wear light shoes in the summer, hiking boots for the winter season
- Towels, flip-flops and a dark swimming suit due the iron origin of the thermal waters or alternatively a old one are recommended for the hot springs baths.
- Dress in layers as temperatures can change quickly. In the cooler months (November through March), bring a light sweater or jacket.
- Please arrange beforehand for vegetarian options
- Pregnant women and people with low blood pressure or any other medical condition should consult a phisician before using the thermal pools

Book this one!! Amazing traditional dinner and absolutely beautiful hot springs. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the trip so fun.
The hot springs at night were beautiful. They have 4 pools for you to visit and each are a little bit different. We would definitely go again if we came back.
This excursion was amazing. Ana picked us up right from our hotel. She was friendly and knowledgeable on the way out to Furnas. We stopped at a view point and picked up a few others in the group. We then proceeded to the restaurant and had a nice meal. After, we were dropped at the Thermal Baths which are beautiful and clean. We spent 90 minutes in the baths. Ana was helpful and informative the whole time and delivered us back to hotel. Great experience.
Our guide Anna was exceptional! She was fun, knowledgeable and passionate. The tour was very comprehensive and covered everything that we wanted! The thermal bath was awesome, the "volcanic stew" dinner was incredible and the sites were breathtaking! This coupled with the really nice other guests (who we did not know) made our evening very special! Great tour and very well worth the money!
Wonderful relaxing night with tasty dinner, drinking the mineral rich water freely flowing in the city, and of course the highlight soaking in the relaxing thermal pools at Dona Beija. 4 pools all heated to 39 C. Our guide Henri was awesome!
What a great tour! I cannot say enough about our tour guide Paulo. He was so good. Dinner was amazing but the thermal baths were wonderful. Paulo took extra time at the end making it a magical experience

We took part in the Furnas Night Time Experience with guide Ana last evening. She and the tour were truly amazing. Ana is so very kind and knowledgeable. Her love for this beautiful island was expressed to its fullest. We enjoyed taking in the beautiful scenery in our small tour of 6. The local dishes were plentiful and delicious. Furnas is breathtaking. We tasted some of the local healing waters as well which was interesting. Just shy of six hours was not enough. Thank you Ana and Into the Wild Azores!
There were so many elements of this trip that we did not expect. We went to caldera site where our dinner was being cooked in the pits. Saw so many cats too!!! Loved seeing the boiling water!! The lake was also very scenic. Went into town for a cup of tea that our guide made from a hot water spigot. Also tried mineral water from a cooler stream. Dinner was very good we tried both the vegetarian and meat version. Loved all the vegetables, chicken and blood sausage. Also had both red and white wine with dinner. Our guide was excellent. True patriot of everything Portuguese!!!
Good meal at Tony’s and the hot baths were great. Unfortunately, very foggy so no views available. Eduardo was informative and very knowledgeable of the history of the area.
