We had an amazing time on this tour with our guide Harim. He was very responsible, informative and clear throughout the tour. We were picked up from our resort which was easy. The food at lunch also exceeded my expectations. The highlight for us was definitely zip lining at the cenote or the cave cenote. We also went snorkeling in the ocean, and he did a great job pointing out cool fish to our group. We would definitely recommend Harim and this tour company.
Our guide was called Harim, he was a super friendly man, always watching everyone and trying to make us enjoy the experience as much as possible always, the excursion went to three places, at first we went to a place where there were a lot of fish, you could swim near them, and see them super well, then we went to two cenotes, one closed, which was spectacular and one open where there were zip lines, we had a great time
Had a great time snorkeling was amazing and Isabel was awesome 👌🏾 and Fernando got us around safely the caves were amazing water was cold and the bats stayed sleep lol.. Zip line was a cool experience but alot of steps
Isabel and her driver were a excellent team. Isabel was personable, experienced, knowledgeable and kind. The snorkeling was great, zip line great and cave/ cenote beautiful.
One of my top favorite tours! Loads of fun, Our Tour guide & Driver Isabell & Francisco were so friendly & accommodating! Will definitely be telling everyone about this experience as well as returning with some more friends/family.
Our guide was fantastic, ziplines were top notch, cenote was the highlight of the trip, snorkeling was just ok. Great family excursion while in Mexico.
We went as a family....we all found the views of the open cenote incredible...the closed cenote is spectacular...and the beautiful Lagoon...I must add that our guide Horacio always attentive and gave me the option that few companies offer snorkeling equipment for astigmatism which I really appreciated...highly recommended this tour...thanks...
I bought the photos and never received them. I think they ripped me off. It says 24-48 hours but it has been well past that. I have also emailed them three times.
We did the Snorkeling, Cenotes, Zipline and ATV. We had a blast and so glad we did this. Something we will always remember. Jaime was our tour guide for everything but the ATVs. Plus he picked us up and dropped us off at our resort. Jaime was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Manuel was our ATV guide and he did a great job as well. The food for lunch was also excellent! We highly recommend Adventuras Maya and Jaime as a guide!
Luis was a great guide, although the snorkeling was not at all like advertised. Brackish water and lots of people made for a real cloudy and muddled water. Couldn’t see much. The zip lines and cenote were excellent!
