Relaxing, fun cultural experience for the whole family
What a wonderful experience we had painting our Hakata dolls. Everything we needed was provided. The staff was very friendly and informative. I highly recommend this activity.
So much fun! A great family activity and memory!
We had such a fun time painting our dolls. They were so helpful and so nice to us. Great activity. If you're in Hakata, you should stop and do this. It's absolutely worth your time. And you take home a treasure of your own making. They also have professionally and beautifully done dolls that you can purchase.
My husband and I had such a great time painting our couple dolls. We can remember our dolls that we painted together as we’ll keep our memory of this time forever!
Very kind and friendly and very patient!!!
It was very quiet and we could paint relaxed. The figures have been very difficult, which was a nice challenge.
Lots of fun painting with family. Not really a class more like provision of materials. The ladies operating the store were nice. Would do it again
Very relaxing experience. It was fun to create your own piece of art expression with friends. We had an entertaining time together painting our own version of an Hakata art piece. Though our finished products didn't quite live up to store standards, they will look nice in our homes and bring memories of the time we spent together with our friends.
I had a fantastic time picking out a figurine and painting it! They provided examples for inspiration, which was really helpful, and then let us get creative with our designs. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming—she even brought us some delicious Japanese hot tea to enjoy while we painted. The whole experience was fun and relaxing. I highly recommend it!
