Ephesus is a marvel, and the guide we had was very good. We did it in English, and it was perfectly understandable. Good explanations and very pleasant. We also ate at a place that we liked. Totally recommendable.
Erdal was amazing! Great tour. He arranged it so that we didn't wait in any lines and the crowds were minimal. He was also patient and accommodating while we made purchases and the lunch was amazing! Highly recommend this tour.
Everyone is going to the same locations (House of Mary, Ephesus) so expect to wait to get to each site, then wait in line to go into a venue. The venues themselves are crowded and our guide had to try to maneuver around other tour groups at each of the stopping points. There were 3 cruise ships in port, so the port pickup was rather crowded and confusing. Our tour guide's English pronunciation was sometimes lacking - he was often hard to understand, although he was trying hard to be informative. The House of Mary is an impressive visit, but has to be very short due to crowds - especially if you wish to offer a prayer. Also, the tour vehicle, a Mercedes Sprinter van, could have been cleaner. The most disappointing part was having the "optional" lunch and carpet weaving "demonstration". The food was OK, nothing great. There was a minimal carpet demo, just a strong sales push by the owner. Lots of tours stop at the same location, so must be well known. Left us feeling uncomfortable and somewhat mislead. Given the choice, we should have opted out of these last two items. We paid the tour guide for the lunch after we had departed back for the cruise ship port (we paid for a bottle of water at the lunch stop), so we wonder if he paid them and we reimbursed him or if he pocketed the money.
First of all, thank you for your feedback. Our company is not responsible for the fact that 4 cruise ships arrived at Kuşadası Port at the same time. Anticipating this situation, we made all the necessary preparations in advance; however, some congestion was unavoidable. Our 6 staff members worked diligently at the port to assist our guests in meeting their guides, and as you mentioned, you also noticed their efforts. The workshops in the region offer guests memorable cultural experiences. These visits are completely optional and are only included if the entire group agrees to participate. During the visits, local representatives introduce their products, and guests who are interested have the opportunity to make purchases. If you joined the visit, it means the group approved it. Our guides are very sensitive and professional regarding this matter. On May 7th, we operated 65 tours and did not receive any similar feedback from other guests. For this reason, we believe this review does not fairly reflect the service we provided, and we kindly ask you to reconsider and update your review.
Yonet and Mimit are very professional and friendly. We learnt a lot of historical information of Turkey from Yonet and it really made our day! We also enjoyed the traditional Turkish lunch!
Yonet is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. It was a pleasure to spend the day with him. Tour itself is fascinating and an easy walk. Excellent lunch too!

Very good day. Yonet was friendly and knowledgeable- he didn't try to sell us anything and didn't talk too much (some guides never stop talking and it's extremely annoying). The lunch was the best I've had yet. We were able to explore a little on our own without being pressured to leave. Would recommend!

Your guide took my husbands phone and wrote a 5 star review for himself without our knowledge. The tour was fine, but not 5 stars. He didn’t give that much info and I had to ask questions to get anything out of him a lot of the time. We were only 2 on the bus which was nice but I felt like he didn’t give us all that he should have because of it.
The place was incredible! Our tour guide was knowledgeable, fun, and informative. The driver was safe and competent.
Excellent trip, excellent guide, good lunch, very interesting information, very comfortable minibus.
This was an amazing tour from the very beginning where we were picked up from the cruise port to the moment we were dropped off at the port with plenty of time to shop at the bazaar near the terminal before boarding our ship. Ali S. took very good care of us and planned the itinerary so that we could avoid all of the crowds at each location. He gave us alot of information and also added in features and stops that helped us stay cool in the Turkey heat. I highly recommend the tour. You will not be disappointed.
