We pick up from hotels and accommodation in Porto city center. Pickup is made between 7h PM and 7h30 PM. The customer will receive the exact time the day before. Also, note that may be asked to meet us on a meeting point close to the accommodation if it is a pedestrian area, an area that cannot be reached by vehicles or where stopping the vehicles is not possible.

It was a wonderful experience! The tour itself was fabulous! The view was wonderful and we had a great tour guide!
Food was great. We enjoyed the music. People were very friendly. Food choices were steak and Cod. Both were great.
Very informative tour around the city. The traditional Portuguese dinner with wine was very good. The Fado Music was awesome. After dinner our driver drove us around and we enjoyed seeing the city lights.
The hotel pick up was on time. The driver was also our guide providing us with an orientation of the local area. The restaurant had good food and excellent Fado show. The 2 guitarists were amazing and 2 singers were also part of the show. After the show, we went to an overlook to see Porto at night.
Our tour guide Davide was fun and provided interesting stories and insights on the pre-dinner tour. The Fado show was excellent and authentic, with two singers and two musicians who performed with passion and soul. The food was alright. On the trip back to our hotel, Davide gave us a surprise night cap (ginjinha in a chocolate cup) with a breathtaking view of the river from Gaia. A very nice finish.
We booked without knowing what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. The fact of picking us up at our address and showing us around corners further from the center like the seaside was very appreciated. Our driver and guide Andreas was very attentive and pleasant. Transportation , meals and fado were all very good.

Driver that took us to show left us there and then when we were ready to go went walking to us and told us he could walk with us to hotel but did not have vehicle to drive us there . The show itself was beautiful and the food was good.

We’re truly sorry for the misunderstanding after the dinner. As you had mentioned wanting to walk back to your hotel, the guide offered to accompany you on foot just for comfort and safety. In fact, the vehicle was parked just a few meters away and fully available to take you on the planned night sightseeing route (with a little surprise!) and then return you to your hotel — if that had been your preference. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify and are glad the cultural experience still met your expectations.
