So lovely to physically be at the Emirates after only seeing the stadium on TV. My son's a die hard Gunners fan so for him to had the opportunity to visit was memorable.
Disappointed with my photo package at the end. Lady mentioned that their was a problem with their system we couldn't see the photo with the Premier league trophy. But mentioned if we purchased it we would be able to see it. To my disappointment when I opened up the QR there was no photo with the PL Trophy which was the most important photo of the bunch.
It was great finally visiting the Emirates with my family. The experience was worth the fees. Took lots of pictures and made memories to last a while.
Dear Guests, Thank you for your lovely review. We’re delighted to hear that you and your family enjoyed visiting the Emirates and found the experience worth it. It’s wonderful to know that you were able to take plenty of photos and create lasting memories. Kind regards, Evan Evans
Bathrooms are at the end of the tour, which is pretty inconvenient. Mini tour guides are helpful along the tour, helping with pictures and directions.
Dear Guests, Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear that the guides along the tour were helpful with photos and directions. We’re sorry that the bathroom facilities being at the end of the tour felt inconvenient, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve the guest experience. Kind regards, Evan Evans
A bit disappointed, unfortunately. As a lifelong Arsenal fan, I had never done the tour before so I was looking forward to it since gifted it a while ago. I saved the opportunity to wait until the end of the season to see if we would be champions, and to my joy, it came true! I couldn't wait to see inside the stadium, but mostly to see the trophy. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. We arrived and they were setting up for a concert or something on the pitch, meaning we couldn't get pitch side or to the dugout. We didn't get to see the trophy, and I'm sure we missed out on other areas as well, looking at other people's pictures that have been shared. I feel a little bit let down and short changed after waiting 22 years to see us lift the title. I was looking forward to it so much, but I just feel a bit deflated
You could do this at your own pace which was nice and the staff were very friendly
Dear Guests, Thank you for your lovely review. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed exploring at your own pace and that our team were friendly and helpful throughout your experience. Kind regards, Evan Evans
The Emirates Stadium tour on a non-match day is worth a visit! Having the freedom to explore the changing rooms, walk down the players' tunnel, and sit in the dugout at your own pace with the audio guide is brilliant. The museum is a fantastic bonus, and reasonably priced, but not cheap. Probably better value for football fans!
Have booked without skipping the line....still had to wait 1.5 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The tour starts at the shop. You can buy the ticket online or directly there. You can go on the tour of different areas with a device, and with the headphones as a sample you can also enter the museum, which is outside. Tour without more, a little impersonal. Note that they also show their first women's team in equality with the men's
Atentamente, Evan Evans Tours
Was in town for spurs game so decided to do both stadium tours. I really wished id had done the Arsenal one first because its a great stadium but i was comparing it too much to Spurs stadium and the Spurs stadium is just outstanding. 2 downsides to this tour compared to spurs tour. 1st I had a heavy backpack. Spurs stored it for me. Arsenal made me humph it around with me. JEEEZ !! 2nd it wasnt a guided tour. It was an audio headset. Again i dont think this would be a problem if i had done this one first. The stadium is great and i did enjoy it. Its just spurs spoilt it for me by being so good LOL.
Dear calpsy, Thank you very much for sharing your feedback about your recent stadium tour. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed visiting the stadium and appreciated its features. We understand your points regarding the differences from the Spurs tour—carrying a heavy backpack and using an audio guide instead of a live guide can certainly impact the experience. Your observations are very helpful, and we’ll share them with the team for consideration. We appreciate your honesty and hope that, overall, you had a memorable visit. Kind regards, Evan Evans Team
