Devour Lisbon: The Ultimate Portuguese Food Tour

Description
Discover the historic and modern eateries that make Lisbon what it is. From classic Portuguese-style codfish to the inimitable flaky, buttery custard tart, you’ll taste centuries-old recipes alongside modern favorites. Along with your expert guide and small group, you'll eat your way through three delicious neighborhoods: Baixa, Chiado, and Cais do Sodré. As you sip on Lisbon's signature sour cherry liqueur, savor the city's best sandwich, and sit down for a meal at a traditional Portuguese tasca, you'll meet the friendly faces behind centuries-old establishments. All together, you'll enjoy eight tastes and three drinks at seven small businesses in Lisbon (enough food for a full meal), learn how Lisbon’s story can’t be told without its food, and gain invaluable knowledge for eating like a local on your own.

We had good experience. Got to know more about Portugal and Lisbon.
Nina was the best guide! The food and experience was amazing!
Nina was amazing!!! Great food and time with everyone!
I loved this tour! Helena was an excellent tour guide and did a fabulous job weaving the history of the city into the bites we were tasting. The portions were generous and delicious. Even though it was a food tour in a touristy part of Lisbon, it didn’t feel gimmicky because we visited long-standing family businesses and because we learned so much about the story, process and origins behind each food and business. I would highly recommend this tour to people who want to learn more about Lisbon in-depth while also sampling some delicious local food.
Jaime was an amazing guide! We had such a wonderful time exploring Lisbon while sampling authentic Portuguese cuisine. From savory local specialties to the delicious ginginha (cherry liqueur) and the famous pastéis de nata, every stop was a treat. Jaime shared fascinating stories about Portuguese history, culture, and the traditions behind each dish, making the experience so much more than just a food tour. His enthusiasm, knowledge, and friendly personality made everyone feel welcome. If you’re visiting Lisbon, I highly recommend doing this tour early in your trip. It’s the perfect way to discover local cuisine, learn about the city, and find hidden gems you’ll want to revisit. Thank you, Jaime, for such a memorable experience! 🇵🇹🍷🥧
