We pick up anywhere from 5 - 30 minutes before our trip depending on the location of the hotel. Customers can be picked up at the provided list of hotels. Please wait in the front lobby of the hotel with your booking information or your voucher.

Everything was perfect. Entire staff was a riot yet very serious about safety. Our guide, Sam, was very experienced and was full of info and fun. Couldn’t have gone better!

First of all, they did a good job of making sure we were all going to be warm and dry on a white water rafting trip in Alaska. It was beautiful. It was well done. Jake was our guide and he was great. Well worth it.

Great experience. Great price. 3ish hours. Guide Mike was great. We had been scheduled for the canyon run, but that had been postponed, they got us on this trip. Mike did a great job hitting a little more challenging to make it up! Amazing time. 8 on the raft, perfect size. Staff was fun and kept everyone engaged

Wow! What an amazing way to see the scenery of Denali. My wife and I are not experienced rafters, so we chose the wilderness ride. Our guide, Tupelo, did all the work while we enjoyed the ride and view. He was great to talk with and so skilled handling the raft and providing just the right amount of adrenaline moments. Do this tour and enjoy the ride.

We are not experienced rafters. New Wave Adventures handled everything. They outfitted us with a dry suit, shoes, helmet and personal floatation gear. After a safety check of our equipment an a significant safety discussion, Tupelo put us into the glacier fed river. He guided the raft down the river, providing splashing and excitement. Anxiety was replaced with calm and fun . We appreciated everyone involved.

How fun! Was a little anxious to start with, had never done this before. Weather was great! Our river guide, J-Money, was amazing! He made the trip fun and put everyone at ease. He even lead the group in singing happy birthday to me! This was definitely something I would do again! Thanks, guys!

We had a great experience on this trip! Our guide was awesome and navigated the waters with such ease! We were looking for an easy trip to enjoy and not battle heavy rapids and this was it! The staff does a great job with transportation and instructions on how to properly apply the waterproof gear! Would recommend!
