The USS Arizona Memorial is the most visited tourist destination in Hawaii. More than just an important historical monument, the Arizona Memorial is also the resting place for many American heroes who lost their lives during the Japanese attack on December 7, 1941. This tour is the perfect choice for those who want to see the Arizona Memorial and the “Mighty MO”, the Iowa-class Battleship Missouri, a decorated ship that was the scene of the final Japanese surrender at the end of WWII. This small group tour has only 14 passengers and includes all your tickets for USS Arizona Memorial and USS Missouri Battleship. You do not need to go early morning, and we also take you on a short drive through the Historical Honolulu downtown tour and show you the heart of the state of Hawaii.

No trip to Oahu Island would be complete without a visit to the Pearl Harbor, the most visited tourist attraction in Hawaii. Unlike bus tours with groups of 50-60 people, this is a small group tour of only eleven people in a well-appointed, new model van that takes you directly to Pearl Harbor. We have reserved Arizona Memorial Ticket for you and it is included for you in this tour (please read our disclaimer about the USS Arizona Memorial ticket). Therefore, you do not need to worry about an Arizona Memorial ticket; because of this, you do not need to go early in the morning (5:30 am) and wait in line behind thousands of other people to see if you can get a ticket for the Arizona Memorial.
This tour will take you to Battleship Missouri ( your admission is included ). “Mighty MO”, the Iowa-class Battleship Missouri, a decorated ship that was the scene of the final Japanese surrender at the end of WWII. Board the battleship and take the 30-minute guided deck tour and see the instruments of surrender signed by the Japanese, signifying the end of the war. On the way back to Waikiki, you will be taken on a short drive-through tour of Historical Downtown Honolulu. You get to see the famous golden statue of Hawaii’s legendary monarch, King Kamehameha the Great. View the famous Iolani Palace, the only Royal Palace on American soil. See Washington Place, the historic home of Hawaii’s Governors. View the unique architecture of the Hawaii State Capitol building. We will also take you on a drive-through of Punchbowl National Memorial Cemetery, the final resting place of many U.S. service members from WWI to the present.

1. Make sure you are ready for pick-up a few minutes earlier than your pick-up time. 2. Make sure you eat breakfast before you come for pickup. 3. We do not allow any food or drink inside our vehicle. 4. Please understand that if you are late for your pickup, you miss your tour, and there is no rescheduling. 5. Please ensure your cell phone is charged, on, and with you; we can reach you if needed. We will contact you on the day before the tour to confirm pickup details. If you are on a ship, please contact us on the day before the tour for pickup details. If you have an international phone number, please contact us after 5:00 PM on the day before the tour to confirm pickup details. No bags of any kind, brand, size, color, or for any reason are allowed to enter the Pearl Harbor visitor center. Please absolutely bring no bags with you. Bags may not be left inside our tour vehicle. If you have a bag, you will need to check them into the visitor center bag storage. This costs money, and you may have to wait in a long line to check in your bags. You may lose a portion of your tour, or your Arizona boat ticket may expire. Please do not bring any bag of any size, color, or brand with you for any purpose. (Clear see-through bags are permitted). We do not carry nor do we have space for luggage of any kind. It will not fit in the vehicle. Tour and ticket times may change based on traffic, federal government regulations, or new Pearl Harbor restrictions. We try our very best to keep to the itineraries by reserving tickets for our guests in advance, however, we ask for your understanding in route / schedule changes as there may be factors beyond our control. The U.S. Navy has the right to cancel the Arizona Memorial shuttle boat at any time due to public safety. However, we have no control over the U.S. navy or other organizations in charge. Ford Island is part of the active military base, Joint Base Pearl Harbor – Hickam, and the U.S. Government has the right to restrict access to Ford Island without notice. This is beyond our control, and we follow the federal agency's rules. Tours are non-refundable if the national park service or navy decide to cancel boat ride programs due to mechanical issues, dangerous weather, or other safety concerns. If your pickup location is the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, after Pearl Harbor, you will be returned directly to the airport, and the others will continue on to go on a drive through of downtown Honolulu and Waikiki, as the airport is miles before these locations

The tour would have been significantly better if we had a different tour guide. Mr McArthur was more concerned about telling us of his troubles with the security at Pearl Harbor than he was about giving distinct directions. When we tried to ask questions, he rushed through the explanation stating he needed to get off the base. Because of this, our family and another couple missed our appointment time for the Arizona and, luckily, were able to get a standby slot. I found his rambling to be very distracting. His enthusiasm was less than ideal.
Dear Client, Aloha Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. We would like to clarify a few important points regarding Pearl Harbor operations. By National Park Service and military regulations, tour drivers are only permitted to provide an orientation in designated areas. Additionally, drivers are limited in the amount of time they may spend providing orientation before departing the briefing area. On the day of your visit, all guests received the same briefing and instructions regarding tickets, timing, meeting locations, and the USS Arizona Memorial program. The other passengers in the vehicle were able to attend their scheduled programs without issue. During the orientation, our driver was interrupted multiple times while providing instructions, which made it more difficult to deliver the information in a continuous manner. The driver was also required to comply with National Park Service procedures and departure requirements, which are standard for all commercial transportation operators serving Pearl Harbor. We are pleased that standby accommodations were available and that you were ultimately able to visit the USS Arizona Memorial. However, we do not agree that the orientation provided was insufficient, as the required information was communicated to all passengers prior to entry into the visitor area in the same time and manner it is provided to every customer every day. Once again, thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
We decided to do this ‘tour’ for its convenience and guaranteed ticketing at the USS Arizona Memorial. Our driver had mechanical difficulties so was late picking us up, and the other group with us forgot something in their room so that took extra time too. These two things led us to miss the introductory movies before our designated boat time of 11:45 (hotel pickup was autopsied to be between 9:30-10:00 but was around 10: 10 and we were the first of 2 stops). As other reviews have said, it’s not really a tour. The driver does go over some facts about the island and local area on the way but then once you arrive at the Visitor’s Center, he’s limited to what he’s allowed to do. He basically explained how to get where and made sure we had our tickets, then we agreed on a 4:00 pickup time. You basically only have time for the Arizona and the Missouri and nothing else that’s around, plus they all cost extra money ($30 per adult for each additional attraction). Despite contradicting information, you can bring either a small wallet or any size clear bag on the Arizona. The one hour tour afterwards during the ride back to the hotels was not great. Some local landmarks but our driver David was very repetitive and if you were in the back of the van, you could barely hear anything but static over the van and AC noises.
Everything was arranged for our Pearl Harbor and USS Missouri trip. It was everything we’d hope it would be. The trip to downtown Honolulu was great too. We got to see several sites and learn about the history.
We did the combination Arizona Memorial/USS Missouri tour. Everything went very smoothly and our guide (for the bus ride), Roland, was knowledgeable and fun. The only real challenge was that there's so much to see and only so much time to do it. Still, both the Memorial and the Missouri are well worth the trip if you have any interest in our history.
It was very interesting and full f things I didn’t know. We had the best driver I. Dave who was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Just made for the best day.

We had a terrible experience with violator! No one was present to facilitate our entry to the memorial, after a confusing discussion with the park rangers, it was revealed that third-party operators are not allowed on site. It be that the entry to the event were free., so I don’t know what violator thought they were providing anyway. What a waste of time and money.
Dear Don, Aloha Your review appears to misunderstand both the tour and Pearl Harbor's operating rules. As clearly stated in the tour details, tour operators are not permitted to meet guests inside Pearl Harbor. Access and operations within the memorial are controlled by the U.S. National Park Service and the U.S. Navy. This is not a rule created by our company; it is a federal regulation that all tour operators must follow. Our records also show that we sent multiple messages requesting your pickup location and providing instructions. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response. Without a pickup location, we cannot provide the transportation portion of the tour. You did not purchase a reservation directly from the National Park Service. You purchased a tour that included transportation and related services. National Park Service staff would not have information regarding your booking with our company because they are not affiliated with us. We encourage all guests to carefully review the tour description, pickup instructions, and pre-tour communications to ensure a smooth experience.
Tour guide Vanessa was great! Would recommend this tour to others wanting to visit Pearl Harbour. Guide was prompt and the bus was modern.
