I had the pleasure of taking this tour with a very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly tour guide named Karina. She was able to provide historical references to all the attractions, she spoke perfect English and Japanese. The tour itself is long but very entertaining as we visited many cities with various vibes and landscapes. I am beyond happy with the service received, thank you Karina! You are awesome!
During the summer vacation in July, with family and children to participate in this day trip Kamakura, the island of Jiangsu, the overall arrangement is smooth, the time between the attractions is also good, will not always rush the journey. The Kamakura Buddha is more spectacular than imagined, and children are also interested in temples and shrines. When visiting the island of Jiangsu, walk along the seafront and blow the sea wind, the atmosphere is relaxed and also suitable for photographing memories. Although there are many holiday visitors, the overall visitor experience is not affected. It is recommended to wear walking shoes because there are many walking streets. Perfect for families who want to arrange a day of easy family and child travel from Tokyo.
Guide was extremely informative and knowledgeable. Learned a lot about Japan and more! Highly recommend.
It was a very good tour. We got to see a lot of different shrines and we got to visit all around Kamakura. Very good tour guide (Jeff) and he explained historical sites well. It was very nice seeing a part of the beautiful Japanese culture.
Great day. Got to visit many nice places. Jeff shared many good insites. Expect a long day and alot of walking, but rewarding. Bring or buy alot of water if in summer.
Good trip. Recommend Karina, she was knowlgable and took us on the trip wigg to it any issues
Great tour with Jade. A lot of walking. Since only two of us were on this tour, I think it made it much easier to plan and hop on and off the trains and buses. Both were very crowded on the day we went. Had a great lunch at a buckwheat soba restaurant. It was nice to see two new places and get out of Tokyo for a day.
We had a very nice day with Karina. She was very informative and made sure that we enjoyed learning and seeing Japanese culture. She made our experience wonderful and memorable.
Jade was a very personable guide knowledgeable about each place and capable of getting around efficiently. She had great recommendations for lunch as well. We were also thankful that it ended up being just my husband and I on the tour. However I would not recommend going to Kamakura on a Saturday as it was VERY crowded.
Karina did a great job. She was efficient, knowledgable but most importantly, extremely enjoyable to spend a day with. We had a great day in Kamakura and Enoshima thanks to Karina.
