Great trip, great experience. You will get soaked if you are on the outside edges of the boat when you approach horse shoe falls, the wind created by them is incredible. Ponchos next to useless against it

Great Tour

Booking was easy. Pick up and drop off easy. Bus was comfortable, electrical outlet to charge the phone was a plus. I asked the check in agent if I could run into Tim Hortons to grab water and a quick breakfast for my daughter as there was 15 minutes remaining before departure. She said “no” however advised there were snacks and water in the bus; that was incorrect. We made sure that we purchased water for the return back. The tour itself was great. Informative. The boat ride to the falls was an experience that my daughter and I will always remember. Niagara on the Lake was a cute town with boutique hotels & stores and cute restaurants/sweet shops. Only had an hour there which was enough time to just browse. Would’ve loved to have lunch there as opposed to by the falls. Overall outstanding tour and worth the money
