Driver waiting with sign as promised, patiently waited as immigration took longer than expected. It was a little disappointing because I thought I'd arrive in Da Nang and have someone waiting for me with my name and everything, that would have been really nice. But the flight was delayed by half an hour, and they weren't waiting; I had to call them to come pick me up. Meanwhile, the agencies were still waiting for the other people who were with me because they knew the plane was delayed (it says so on the board, they knew my flight number). But it was a good service; they picked me up anyway, and I didn't pay extra for it, so I consider it a good service.
