The USS Arizona Memorial is a white, open-air structure that spans the remains of the sunken battleship. It's a solemn and quiet place, designed to allow visitors to reflect on the sacrifices made by the sailors and Marines who were lost during the attack Viewing the Wreckage: Inside the memorial you can look down into the water to see parts of the sunken battleship. The ship's outline is visible just below the surface, and oil droplets, often referred to as "The Tears of the Arizona," can still be seen rising to the surface Remembrance Wall: At the far end of the memorial is a wall inscribed with the names of the 1,177 crew members who lost their lives aboard the USS Arizona. This wall serves as a powerful reminder of the human cost of war

We flew from Kauai, flight was on time and short. Our tour guide picked us up on time and was very knowledgeable. Pearl Harbor was very respectful of the lives lost and we thoroughly enjoyed being able to climb through Uss Missouri and the Bowfin Submarine. It was a full day and we were worn out by time we returned to Kauai but was a moving experience

Had plenty of time to see all the sites which are self guided. The Air Museum was a little disappointing but we live close to the Air Force museum which has a lot more planes and it’s free. The city tour was ok and the guide had good stories. Would have liked to have gone through the palace. The tour was complete in 7 hours. The tour company made us pay additional money for flights saying the price went up Or something like that. Thought that was not good customer service. How do we know the price went up? Was not happy about that. And they only let me know two days in advance.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the city tour and the guide’s stories, and we appreciate your comments about the Air Museum and the itinerary. We also hear your concern regarding the additional flight charges and timing of notification — we’ll review this to improve communication and customer experience in the future.
Tour guide rushed everything. Felt like he had enough that week. Did not walk us around on any stops. We had to go it on our own. Not impressed

We had a great time on this Complete Pearl Harbor Experience. Cousin Guy was a great your guide. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about Hawaii history. It was so interesting to learn about the history and language. Touring the Pearl Harbor Memorial is a memorable experience. Im very glad we took this tour. They made the flights and pick up/drop off at the airport effortless.
aloha! mahalo nui loa for taking the time to leave us a review. we will pass this along to your tour guide and the rest of the family. we hope you have an awesome time in Hawaii. see you next time.
Arizona Memorial and Missouri Battleship were remarkable and a very moving experience. The rest of the tour was pretty average. The part at the end with sights in Honululu was subpar at best. Was great to have someone organize the entire tour for us. Biggest disappointment was the layover on return trip to Kauai. Flight times weren’t finalized until after we booked and they gave us a 4-4.5 hour layover waiting for our return flight. I realize they can’t control airline schedules but this was very untenable. That frankly made the experience not worth it, especially for the price. It’s an extremely long day. Our flight to Oahu left at 6:15am and return flight wasn’t until 8:45pm. Tour was planned to end around 4:30 so the layover at airport was extremely long. We left the tour early and returned to the airport on our own nickel to catch an earlier flight to avoid the 4 hour wait.
