- Customers can start their tour at any of the stops along the routes. Stop 1 on the Red Route and Green Shuttle Service is Belvedere Road
- Stop 11 Buckingham Palace is closed every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11am - 12pm due to the Changing of the Guards
- Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be accepted at any of the stops along the routes. Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
- 24-hour ticket includes a one-way cruise between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier. Departs every 40 minutes. Duration: 35 mins approx. First departure (both piers): 10am. Last departure (from Tower pier): 6:55pm. Last departure (from Westminster): 7:20pm. You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus
- 48 and 72-hour tickets include a same day return trip to and from Greenwich Pier. Departs every 40 minutes. Duration: 35 minutes approx. First departure to Greenwich (from both piers): 10am. Last departure to Greenwich from Westminster Pier: 4pm. Last departures from Greenwich to Westminster Pier: 5:50pm. You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus
- Night Tour (included in the 72-hour ticket only): Operates daily at 7:30pm, 8pm, 8:30pm, 9:15pm, 9:45pm and 10:20pm (April - September). Operates daily at 7:30pm and 9:20pm (October - March). Departure Stop: Outside Green Park Station

- 2.5-Hour Express Panoramic bus tour (if option is selected): includes a 2.5-hour panoramic single loop of London only, with no hopping off. Every seat on our top deck offers 360-degree views of London's top sights. You'll be treated to perfect shots of London's skyline with nothing in your way and informative audio guides point out histories, secrets, and the city's lively spirit. You can start your journey at any of our stops on the Red Route. Please note, this is not a hop-on hop-off service. Buses run every 20 minutes until 3:30pm, then every 30 minutes. First departure from Stop 1 at 8:45am. Last departure from Stop 1 at 6:30pm
- Please note, Stop 1 Belvedere Road (Red and Green Lines) is out of use until further notice due to construction works. The nearest pick-up point for Stop 1 Belvedere Road is York Road - public stop outside the M&S store
- Stop 12 Horseferry Road will be suspended Monday - Friday until further notice due to extensive traffic conditions around the Lambeth Bridge area. The stop will continue to be served on Saturdays and Sundays only. The nearest alternative boarding point is Stop 10 Westminster Pier (next to Big Ben)
- Saturday 18th July: Due to a planned Palestinian march taking place, significant traffic disruption and road closures are expected throughout the afternoon. Red Route: Stop 2 will not be served until the march has cleared the Strand. Stops 25 and 26 will not be served during this time. The 10:30am departure on the Green Route may be affected

Terrible! Do any other tour except this one. They stop the bus and leave you on there in the heat without informing you of what’s happening. We sat on TWO BUSSES FOR 25 minutes each without any information as to what the issue was. The bus drivers just left the bus without any communication. He sat on the side of a building in full view of us but said nothing.
We went on the city sightseeing hop on hop off bus. It was excellent. Ronnie at the ticket office was very helpful
Way too expensive for what you get. They no longer have live guides aboard the buses providing live commentary. It’s only a recoding and terrible music via earbuds. Very disappointing!
Amazing experience! My 20 and 22 year old daughters loved it! We walked for a few hours and then hopped on the bus. It was so relaxing and a great way to see the big picture of London.

River cruise was excellent and would recommend that part. However, we booked online, and when we eventually found a bus stop for red route and showed the qr code, the driver was unable to scan the code and said we needed to get a paper ticket but was a bit vague on where to obtain it. While on the red route we had to get off twice to wait for another bus, because the bus we were on was changing to different routes. This made the whole thing feel very disjointed and quite frankly inefficient, as we seemed to spend more time waiting in queues rather than actually on the bus. Also, as tourists new to London, at no point did any of the drivers we had on the red route announce any of the upcoming stops which made it harder to work out where the stops were actually were to "hop off" the bus.

Half of London was closed for Pride parades 4/7. No option to get in the bus at normal stops, so I called the number left at the closed stop. Didn't get an answer for 40 mins, and the customer rep on the line confirmed large portions of the route were unavailable that day. She did not suggest alternative stops to try, rather asked me to contact customer services by email for a refund. I did this same day (whilst incurring additional cost to see London by alternative means with two small children). Customer service refused to refund stating closures were in their website... This was not posted anywhere in the booking process and you'd have to actively know where to check. I advised I'd spoken to their rep on the day who'd told me to contact them for a refund (& had not suggested any alternative places to pick up the bus wed paid £90 for), and they point blank refused. I asked for a manager to contact me and have received nothing further.
My friend and I traveled to London, first time for me. We were both recommended to use City Sightseeing Hop On Hop Off for a complete experience, we were not disappointed! As a bonus, We lucked out meeting our driver Asad, Asad made our adventure even more fun and we felt made very welcome as Americans. Even shared information so we didn’t get lost again, we felt safe. Great tour for a hop on hop off around london. With the app you can keep track of all stops and where the buses are Full round trip took around 2.5 hours plenty of places to get on and off. The audio guide is great

Horrendous experience today. We spent more time being put off buses (three times) due to drivers shifts and hours being over the limit. A total of 35 minutes spent on the bus @£115. No staff available at any kiosks or bus stops (usually flooded with them). Everytime we got on a new bus, we had to get off and 'wait for the next' that took ages to come. Poor driver on the last bus was left to deal with disgruntled customers on his own. Very disappointing having used this company many times before in other cities. Avoid in London.
