Such a great tour. Thank you Jake C. For making history come to life. Highly recommend.
This was a private tour provided by Jeremy John. This was truly the greatest tour ever. The history learned was accurate, thorough and presented perfectly. His patience with questions was exceptional and answers were educated and broad minded. Ask for Jeremy John as a tour guide.
I was super jet lagged when we took this tour but it didn't matter because the tour was so incredibly interesting. Jeremy was a very knowledgeable and funny guide and we had the best time.
Jake C. is a great teller of history - he has a deep knowledge and was able to set the scene of England in WWII before entering the museum. He was able to bring the museum to life with personal family stories. I loved how he pointed out a few sugar cubes on a desk and talk about rations and the black market for sugar. Only feedback is to explain/highlight more of the objects in the museum rather than just telling the history. It was a very informative tour!
Our guide was outstanding. He was very passionate about the history of Churchill and the War Rooms. Very entertaining and informative. I would highly recommend this tour and guide.
