this was such an amazing experience!!!
You learn from an intelligent teacher, the basics to make Cheese. Such a great hand on versus just looking at something.
The teacher was so accommodating and knowledgeable. She was kind and the class was fantastic. Her easygoing nature made the learning fun.
Great time meeting other people. Informative and engaging class. Hoping to bring home the craft of cheese making.
We enjoyed every part of the experience with education and hands on creation of the cheese and spices.
It was an incredible experience! I highly recommend it. I learned a lot, the environment was calm and peaceful. She is super patient. We laughed a lot and I learned a lot.

Great meeting you Jane! Happy to hear you enjoyed the workshop
Very fun workshop, a small theory part on how cheese is made and then you are making two different fresh cheeses you can bring home, they are great!
Wonderful class on cheese making. Highlight on trip to Amsterdam. Made 2 Cheeses and what we needed to make it at home. Paula was an amazing teacher and host. She talked about the history of cheese and the different molds and methods. Class is in a fun area and felt very local. Loved sitting down and sampling cheese afterwards. She answered all our questions and we felt like friends afterwards. This is a new class is why there are not of reviews.
