An absolute fraud. The tour company fraudulently sold tickets for the home despite it not being open (for the full week preceding) and refused to communicate or resolve the issue.
Our trip to Chartwell in early June was very well organized. The gardens were stunning. The private tour of Churchill's bedroom was very emotional, and the study was fascinating. Robin - Wonderful explanation of Churchill's mesmerizing art. So interesting! Loved that he dubbed our group "The maple leaves" All in all was a fabulous trip and well worth the tour. Must visit!
