The underground cenote Taak Bi Ha is situated in the Parque Dos Ojos and is especially suitable for a great snorkeling and diving experience. With crystal-clear waters and spectacular rock formations, it is incredibly beautiful and surrounded by the Mexican jungle. If you would like, we can also visit an open cenote or a cenote with zip-line instead of the underground one.
Guided snorkeling with turtles at Akumal Bay to search for 3 of the world’s 7 sea turtle species and explore the 2nd largest barrier reef in the World. Important Note: The remaining (2-3,5 hours of tour) will be allotted for the travel time from pick up until drop off.

This was the highlight of our trip! We traveled with kids 7,9 and 16 year old and our tour guides were amazing! He even recorded the experience for us! The caves and turtles are a once in a lifetime experience. Ask for Dennis and Daniel!
We had an amazing time with this experience. Our Driver and guide for the day was Manny. He picked us up from our hotel and took us straight over to the turtles. He explained the plan for the day in the car during the journey and provided water. The car was air-conditioned and journey was smooth. When we got to the first stop, we got changed and ready for swimming before meeting with the local guide who helped us with locating the turtles and being safe in the water. Manny also joined us for the swim. I am not the most confident swimmer and when I got tired, I was able to hold onto a float which the guide pulled me along on, making the experience more enjoyable and reducing my anxiety. We saw turtles, fishes and even a stingray! After the turtles, we showered and got back in the car to go to the cenote. Manny put towels down in the car so we did not need to change our swimming stuff as we would be wearing it again. At the cenote, Manny took us down into the underground area and gave us a swimming tour through the caves of the cenote. He provided us with torches and was very clear with his instructions whilst doing this, making sure we felt safe throughout the experience. At the end he gave us 20 mins of free time to explore the cenote and the village. There were toilets and changing facilities so we could get back into our dry clothes. We then got back in the car and started our return journey. We briefly stopped for a refreshment break on the way home but we were dropped off in time to have a late lunch at the hotel and enjoy the beach. Manny was very knowledgeable and his English was very good. He was good fun and made the experience memorable. He took photos throughout the day for us and sent them to me at the end of the day. I would recommend this experience. The turtles were definitely a good experience to do as a private group and meant we felt a little safer in the sea.
Dennis did a great job driving and got us home safe and sound and an hour early. Manny and Danny were great history buffs and tour guides. Our rave part was the turtles and the history lessons at the Mayan ruins at Tulum. 10/10 highly recommend!
Did I trip with guide Ivan family friendly and professional highly recommend 5 ⭐
We had a great day with Ivan checking out 2 different cenotes. We were supposed to swim with the turtles, but weather and strong currents prevented it. But regardless, we zip lined and cliff jumped at one Cenote and explored a cave in another. Ivan was super accommodating and knowledgeable and it was great to have a private tour with just us. He took pictures and made sure we had a great time. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful morning with Julian our tour guide and Dennis our driver. The swimming with turtles was incredible and afterwards we swam in a cenote - we were the only people there! We did this trip as part of our honeymoon and during the cenote swim my husband lost his wedding ring - Julian to the rescue who jumped in and found it in less than 5 minutes! A true hero! Overall 5☆ from the booking process, pick up, tours, driver and drop off!

My experience was amazing with Mike he was super friendly and worked around our schedule. He was really easy to talk to and made us feel really comfortable all day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! It was an amazing experience from start to end, Manny was our guide and driver, he was waiting for us in the hotel lobby ready to get started bright and early, after checking we had everything we needed we were on our way! During the drive Manny was chatty and so friendly, his English was fantastic! I also really appreciated how he asked if we had any worries/phobias, being an anxious person it means a lot when somebody takes the time to ask, and after I had said I was worried Manny checked in with me many times to make sure I was ok and enjoying myself which honestly made the whole experience for me I don’t believe I would have been able to relax and enjoy myself if it wasn’t for him. It’s well worth booking this tour as we beat the crowds and got a personal once in a lifetime experience, shout out to Anna our local guide who was fantastic at finding the turtles and other things we saw while swimming she was amazing. In short, book the tour here, you won’t regret it. Thank you Manny! And if you ever find yourself in Manchester UK get in touch and we’ll introduce you to the pigeons 🤣
We had the best experience! We ran across this company on Facebook. Booked directly with them a month in advance and Mike was super communicate and detailed with everything. We arrived in Mexico and they o liked us up right in the lobby. We had 2 tour guides which were great, made the environment fun and at both locations offered to take photos and videos of my husband and I which I didn’t expect to have. They made the whole experience from start to finish really fun for us. I highly recommend this company to book through when coming to Cancun.
