Itinerary
Pick up will be at your accommodation in Cape Town at 8:30am. From your hotel we will travel to Silvermist Estate for the Ziplining activity.
Arriving at Silvermist Wine Estate in Constantia you will start your adventure with a safety briefing followed by a 4x4 transfer high above the Constantia Winelands to the ziplines launch pad. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty, fauna and flora while walking and ziplining between the 12 platforms. Cape Town Ziplines offer you panoramic views of Cape Town, starting high in the mountain and slowly descending down the slopes.
Meet the monument of the Great Dane Dog who made a name for himself in the South African Navy called Just Nuisance and listen to the enchanting story of his life as told by your tour guide.
After this exhilarating experience, we proceed to Boulder's Penguins colony where we will take a walk on the boardwalk to view approximately 2500 African Penguins in their natural habitat.
From Boulders Beach we travel to the Cape of Good Hope nature reserve where we will explore the 2 historical beacons namely the Dias Cross and the Da Gama Cross. Your tour guide will share the history of this area with you before you take your iconic photo behind the Cape of Good Hope name board.
From the Cape of Good Hope drive for a short distance to Cape Point. Here you will either take a 15-minute hike to Cape Point lighthouse or you can take the Flying Dutchman Funicular to the lighthouse. This is the official meeting point of the Two Ocean Currents namely the Cold Benguela current and the Warm Agulhas current.
Chapman's peak drive is next on our agenda as we travel along what is often referred to as one of the most scenic routes in the world. We stop at the viewpoint for photos.
We stop at Maiden's Cove near Camps Bay for a photo opportunity. Here you can spend approximately 15 minutes taking spectacular photos with Camps Bay beach and the Twelve Apostles mountain range as your backdrop. We call this the Instagram moment.
Our return route is via the Old Cape Road back to Cape Town for drop off at your accommodation.
