Your driver will pick you up at the Falmouth Cruise Ship Terminal and take you on a scenic drive along the North Coast Highway traveling through local communities. Your first stop is at Discovery Bay. Here you will learn some historical facts about Jamaica and get a panoramic view of where Columbus landed when he first visited Jamaica in 1494. Then, you will travel through local communities up into the mountain where you will find the most spectacular cascading waterfalls. Learn about the history and culture of Jamaica while driving through the small towns and also see the different lifestyle of the people. Once you arrive at the Falls you will be introduced to the guides that will navigate you on the excursion and ensure your safety. Enjoy nature in paradise at the Blue Hole. You can swim in the blue hole, climb in the caves backwards, jump off cliffs, rope swing or just enjoy a good body massage in the water. Make sure to get some memorable photographs. Your time at the blue hole is approximately one hour.

FALMOUTH PORT PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS – Pickup Inside the Port After leaving the ship, head to the Independent Pre-Booked Operators area. Take the walk path to the extreme right, walk past the clock and Margaritaville, then look for the single white tent on the right. Your driver will be waiting there.

We have used this company multiple times and each time our excursions have been amazing! We have used them out of Falmouth and Montego Bay cruise ports! They are always on time and very careful to make sure you get back to the port in time to board your ship! We had our grandchildren with us on one of the excursions and they were excellent with kids! The drivers are very safe and so friendly! On our last excursion with our grandchildren in March, 2025, my granddaughter left her I Pad and a little barbie shoe in the van! I reached out to let them know and they mailed the items back to us! Excellent company! We will always use them when we are in Jamaica!

We're sorry to hear that your Blue Hole excursion wasn't quite what you expected and hope you still had a good time regardless. The attraction does cater to adventurous thrills such as cliff-jumping, swinging from ropes into the water and exploring the cave but the Blue Hole also provides more moderate amenities such as swimming in the pools, bathing in the waterfalls or enjoying a good body massage. This would have all been outlined in the "What to expect" section when booking your tour. For future reference we do facilitate less extreme adventures you could explore such as rafting on the Martha Brae River or the Montego Bay Highlight tour. As always, we'd love to have you again!

My vacation experience was elevated thanks to Byron and his professionalism. He greeted me at the airport once I arrived. His van was very clean. I enjoyed our conversation during my hotel transfer. I also booked a tour through him. He was on time with a smile! I will use this company from now on.
We booked direct with Island Transfer and Tour for a 6 hour private tour. We were cruising on the Island Princess and scheduled to dock on Feb 10, 2019, due to rough seas and high winds we were not able to dock the ship in Falmouth. I called Island Transfer and talked to Ilene to explained the situation.She said no problem and refunded our fees in full. Great customer service. I would highly recommend Island Transfer and Tours to handle your excursions or transfers while in Jamaica. .
Guides were necessary and helpful, but can be agressive if not tipped what they wanted. Should have water shoes for the walk on the path and on some of the slippery rocks
We went on a day tour with Byron to the Blue Hole. He was so helpful and was so fantastic with showing us the sights. Byron is a fantastic driver, the van we we driven in was very clean and super comfortable. Byrin was also able to recommend a great restaurant for lunch for traditional Jamaican food and was even happy to make stops along the way for us the take pictures and see the sights. FIVE STARS PLUS! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great authentic experience!
