Jungle River Tubing and Beach Adventure with Transportation

Our driver and our tour guide had the same name (to differentiate the two). Our private driver, Duane, was very friendly and professional. There was a miscommunication with pickup location between the company and I, but all was corrected and the 45 min drive from MoBay was pleasant. He gave us some history, was willing to accommodate stops and let us enjoy our experience with no rush. Our guide down the river, DeWayne, was amazing! This was a wonderful experience for my teen son and I. The spring water was beautiful, blue, calm, and so clean. DeWayne was very professional, made us feel safe, and made the journey through Rio Bueno fun. He offered to take videos and photos throughout, shared some history/knowledge if the land, and let us swim and swing from a rope. It was lovely ending at Bengal Bay beach to just relax. There were showers and clean bathrooms there to wash off and get dressed. I highly recommend this company and this tour. I would do it again and again.

Excellent value for money wonderful nature

Great time floating down the river. Dre helped us through the river and we had a great time. The rafting to the beach was quite further then we anticipated but still fun. We got to do the swing rope as well.

Very fun experience. It’s short but it’s perfect for a quick getaway that doesn’t take up the whole day. Was out by breakfast time and back by lunch. Our guide, Errol, was funny, pleasant, knowledgeable and made the whole group feel safe. Especially with kids in our group. Highly recommend for a quick excursion.

My friend and I have nothing but a glowing review for this excursion of river tubing on 7/10/26. Michael was our tour guide for the excursion and he was an absolutely amazing river tubing guide! He was informative, professional, patient, and kind throughout the entire experience. As someone who can’t swim, I was a little nervous at first, but he made us feel completely safe and comfortable in the water from beginning to end. He took his time with us, answered questions, and made sure everyone was having a great experience. He also took some fantastic photos for us, which made the trip even more memorable. His confidence and skill in the water were obvious, and it really added to our sense of security during the excursion. Michael is actually a lifeguard, so he’s an excellent swimmer and an outstanding tour guide. I would recommend him 1000% to anyone doing river tubing and would absolutely suggest requesting him as your guide if possible. Especially if you are not a strong swimmer, like myself. Thank you, Michael, for helping make our trip so enjoyable and memorable! BEWARE: Let me be clear that what I’m about to share is completely ASIDE from the actual excursion itself. This should not deter you from the company, but this is to make the company aware of an untrustworthy driver they trusted with their business transportation. However, I do need to report and state the account of sexual harassment that I unfortunately faced by the driver that the excursion company booked us with for transport to and from the excursion. This is the direct number that he used to sexually harass me while he was still working and responsible for our transportation. Due to the unbelievably grotesque and adult mature content of the comment he made, I will censor the word he texted me. JCislandtours sexually harassed me on 7/10/26 from his business WhatsApp number: +1 (876) 254-8212 while still on the job during our time the excursion and said: “seems like your co**chie is too f*t for your bikini can only cover it partially”. I did not respond because I immediately felt unsafe. We were two females traveling alone in Jamaica for the first time, and at that moment we were still dependent on him for transportation back to our resort. I was afraid to address the situation while we were still in his care because I was concerned that it could put us in a vulnerable position or affect our ability to safely return. I have picture evidence of the driver’s face, his company uniform, and the inappropriate message he sent before deleting it. After deleting the original message, he also continued contacting me by texting “hey” after he had already dropped us off, which made me feel that the behavior was continuing even after the transportation portion of the excursion had ended. I am bringing this matter forward formally so that management is aware and can address this situation appropriately. Transportation was arranged through this excursion company, and we trusted the company to provide a safe and professional experience from beginning to end. While the excursion itself was wonderful because of our guide Michael, the driver’s actions made us feel uncomfortable, unsafe, and vulnerable during a portion of our experience. I am willing to provide the available evidence and additional details needed for management to review this matter. Travelers, beware, especially if you are a female traveling alone or without a trusted male presence with you on your trip.

Our experience was amazing! Davian is an excellent tour guide. he made sure we were safe the entire time during the excursion and even gave us fun facts about the Island. definitely recommend!!!

Truly an exceptional experience! Our guide Andre worked so hard to make this fun, safe, and a great trip for our whole group (8 people ages 10-50). The excursion is the right mix of fun, excitement, adventure, beauty, and laughs! A few tips: wear water shoes or other water/hiking boots. Most of us wore flip flops and clipped them to our jackets, but when you stop to swim or drift in the current, footing is very challenging to stop on the rocky bottom. The two people on our group in shoes had to help the rest of us. Also, the rowing segment is a legitimate workout! It’s about 30 minutes of solid rowing from the river to the ocean, often going against the wind and current. Our boat did well but we saw a few others who struggled. Make sure you have a few fit rowers in your group! The kids all loved this adventure. Thank you to Andre for making this fun and exciting while keeping us safe!
