We meet all travelers at their hotel main lobby. Please be at the lobby 5 minutes prior to pick up. Look out for a dark purple mini Bus, the driver will be wearing a white T-shirt. If you can't find driver please text or call

- For late reschedule request less than 24 hours before the tour starts will be canceled without refund or you will be charged a reschedule fee
- Weight limit 250lbs, If you’re over 250lbs you would have to pay extra for single raft
- Always bring your towel(s) & water shoes. Water case for your phone is optional, you can also get the mentioned items to purchase at the river.
- limestone massage is not recommended for guests with serious skin conditions/allergies.. If you have skin condition and choose to get limestone massage the team/company will not be held liable.

I just want to say that Jay was wonderful! I had such a great time and it was definitely an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting. I enjoyed fresh coconut water and rum punch, which made it even better. I honestly can’t express how much fun my captain was—he kept the energy up and made the entire experience unforgettable. Overall, it was such a great time, and I highly recommend it!

So much fun! it was a little confusing getting there, but when we got to the location, everybody was super accommodating and really friendly. My friends and I had a great time and we got a bunch of bottles of the rum do you and got to play our own music. they let you set the pace of the tour and spend however long you want to at each spot. the river is beautiful and we were able to jump in whenever we wanted. From start to finish, this was an incredible adventure! The transportation and the driver Michael was punctual and professional, with excellent communication that made everything stress-free. Our guide, Rico, was the highlight of the day, funny, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring both me and my daughter felt safe and comfortable throughout. This was the first time on this excursion and it was The Best time my sister and I had. The experience was beautiful, the atmosphere was excellent and our guide (KEVIN) WAS THE BOMB. ASK FOR HIM. He was such a gentleman from the Hello to the See you next time. He made this experience comfortable and made this a memorable snapshot of our trip.
