Excellent, quick and easy service. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The store was busy but the service moved quickly and was very polished. No hassle and easy to just turn up and rent bikes. We rented an adult and a child’s city bike.

We got our bikes for a day rental to tour the city and it was an amazing experience. Maddie was exceptional and helped us with not only the rental but with some tips for how to get around Amsterdam and ride like a local. They were super nice and set us up for an amazing day and night seeing the city.
