Embark on a comfortable boat journey to the stunning Caribbean islands of Contoy and Isla Mujeres. Your adventure begins with a guided snorkeling tour of the vibrant reef (weather and sea conditions permitting), where you'll encounter colorful corals and tropical fish. Continue on to Contoy Island, a protected nature reserve known for its diverse birdlife and crystal-clear shallow waters ideal for snorkeling, swimming, or simply unwinding in true Caribbean fashion. After savoring a tasty beachside lunch, enjoy some leisure time before setting sail for Isla Mujeres. There, you’ll have an hour of free time to explore its charming streets, relax on beautiful beaches, and perhaps pick up a souvenir or enjoy a refreshing ice cream.

We begin with a light snack comprising (juice, a banana, coffee, and cookies.)
Your first stop is a guided reef snorkel tour where brightly colored coral and tropical fish are plentiful. Please note that snorkeling activities depend on good weather and sea conditions. If conditions are not favorable, we will compensate with additional time on the islands.
Next stop is the protected nature reserve of Contoy Island which boasts an incredible population of bird species, and clear shallow water perfect for snorkeling, swimming and just relaxing Caribbean-style.
In your last stop you can enjoy 1 hour of free time on this typical Caribbean island to see the colorful streets and beautiful beaches, to buy a delicious ice-cream or souvenir.

Pickup Locations & Times
Hotel pick-up is offered for this tour. Once your purchase is complete we will organize the pick-up arrangements. Note: If you are on a Private Residence, Hostel or B&B accommodation, we will do our best to collect you there or by a nearest meeting point. Pick up from Pick up from Tulum around 06:00 am Pick up from Riviera Maya & Playa del Carmen between 07:00 am-07:40 am and Cancun between 08:00 am -08:40 am.

- Bring cash for any souvenir purchases as credit/debit card is not accepted
- Contoy island is smoke free for environmental purposes
- Please note that snorkeling activities depend on good weather conditions. If conditions are not favorable, we will compensate with additional time on the islands.
- Biodegradable sunscreen (even biodegradable) harms the coral reefs and other sealife, please apply only on exposed skin in your hotel and after water activities

Wow, the experience of this tour, Contoy Island is truly a beautiful paradise, the food was 1000/10, the snorkeling was amazing, and the service is very good. Charly is a great guide and very kind; the crew was also super friendly and attentive, but I want to make a special mention of the photographer who was very nice and always made sure you felt comfortable throughout the tour. Without a doubt, I highly recommend it!!!!

I would describe it like speedboating through the Caribbean with a bunch of merry pirates. They definitly have their sea legs as they danced and climbed all over the boat. You can tell Gabby and the crew put their heart and soul into their jobs. Even though they were pirates, you knew you taken care of and made sure you were safe. The island of Isla Contoy is paradise. Untouched by humans and the water is prestine. I booked this tour because of the high reviews. I'm going to add me to this list of satisfied customers.

This Isla Contoy and Isla Mujeres tour was wonderful. Fernando provided wonderful insight on the ecosystem of the island Contoy. Snorkeling was guided and we saw beautiful exotic fish.

Great trip! We were a little skeptical at first because we were all crammed in a van for 45 minutes, very minimal space and limited AC, but our Tour guide Alex and the islands beauty surpassed our experience and expectations which warrants a 5 star rating. We felt very fortune to have Alex as our tour guide. She was great, knowledgeable and really helped make this experience special for my husband and I. The snorkeling was beautiful and the islands were great. Spending so much time on Isla contoy was my favorite and remarkably beautiful. Highly recommend this tour if visiting Playa Del Carmen or Cancun area.
