It was an awesome experience with Sir Red (shuttle driver + tour guide ** in one)... He gave some tips and the perfect viewpoint on both attractions especially the Moraine Lake (which at the time was my first time to go for summer) , even in Lake Louise (thou I'm used to lake Louise already) ... but the beauty of Moraine Lake at the time was out of this world.... like really God's creation at its finest. Had an awesome day with the shuttle driver, hopefully next time I'll recommend this tour with my other friends/relatives when they're in the place ... "Salamat Sir Red"
Expected better from the driver with regards to acting as a guide. It was just a drive up and back. No update on the history pf the place or what was relevant.
This is a shuttle service. We clearly advertise it that way. Safe, reliable transportation to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake — nothing more, nothing less. If you want a guided tour with commentary, history, and storytelling, that’s a totally different product at a much higher price. So complaining that our driver “didn’t act like a guide” is nonsense. You booked a shuttle, you got a shuttle. Exactly as promised. And by the way, our drivers are excellent — professional, safe, and accommodating. That’s what matters. We’re Banff Explorer.
