The Banff Gondola offers a scenic 8-minute ride up Sulphur Mountain, providing panoramic views of Banff and the surrounding Rockies. At the summit, visitors can enjoy the Sky Bistro for dining, explore the Sulphur Mountain Boardwalk, and learn about the area's history at the Interpretive Centre. Banff Upper Hot Springs is a popular natural hot spring located near Banff town, offering warm, mineral-rich waters with stunning mountain views. It’s perfect for relaxing after outdoor activities. The facility includes change rooms, showers, and rentals for swimsuits and towels.
Bow Falls is a beautiful, wide waterfall located just 1 km from downtown Banff on the Bow River. It’s easy to reach by foot, car, or public transit. Visitors enjoy scenic views, photography, and walking trails nearby. The falls are especially impressive during spring runoff and offer peaceful surroundings year-round.
We had a lovely lunch break on Banff Avenue, with plenty of time to enjoy shopping and pick up some souvenirs. It was a wonderful way to experience the charm of the town.
Surprise Corner is a scenic lookout located at the junction of Buffalo Street and Tunnel Mountain Road in Banff. It’s renowned for its postcard-perfect view of the "Castle of the Rockies" (the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel) with the Bow River and Sulphur Mountain in the backdrop
Lake Minnewanka is a beautiful glacial lake located just 10 km from Banff in Banff National Park. It offers activities like boating (motorized boats allowed), hiking scenic trails, picnicking, and in winter, ice skating and snowshoeing. The lake has a rich history, including a submerged old settlement and hydroelectric developments. Visitors enjoy stunning mountain views, easy access to trails, and picnic spots. Parking can fill up quickly in summer, so plan accordingly.
Two Jack Lake, just 10 km from Banff, is a peaceful mountain lake known for beautiful views of Mount Rundle. It’s great for easy hikes, kayaking, swimming, and picnics.

We would rate our tour a 10 out of 10. Our tour guide Naveen, was so friendly, informative and fun! He always made sure we knew facts about our stops. He went above and beyond to make my husband's and my birthday a great one. I would book again and again, but only if Naveen is our guide.

Rah, our tour guide was excellent. Attentive, polite and conscientious. We were only interested in the gondola ride, but participated in the Banff hot springs stop and waterfall stops. The hot springs stop was a waste for us as we did not have swimming suits to go into the springs pool. The gondola was good, views spectacular, but about an hour too long. The falls were picturesque

Pickup was a nightmare. It would help if the tour name was displayed in the front window of the relevant bus. There were a lot of people and a lot of buses and no one knew which bus was which tour. Our tour was supposed to be gondola and hot springs but it wasn’t made clear that we had to book those things separately. We might as well have taken a bus from Banff in the first place. This ‘tour’ was just a bus ride. Guide was very helpful though.

We do clearly mention in the tour details that the gondola and hot springs tickets are separate, as the tour itself is $100, and the gondola is an additional $90. Unfortunately, there’s no way for us to bundle those into the same price. I also apologize for the pickup confusion; I’ll pass along your suggestion about displaying the tour name on the bus window so it’s clearer next time. We really appreciate your patience and your kind words about the guide.

It was a great experience! Our driver, Sanjeet was great too. We couldn't booked the Gondola ride online so he lined up with us to make sure we could get and enjoy the Gondola ride. Overall the tour was worth it and hassle-free.

Good experience overall. The hot springs portion could have been shorter while lunch could have been longer. Too many people getting food in Banff town, lines are long or restaurants didn't have tables available. Ram the guide is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
