Sunworld Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge Full-Day tour from Da Nang

The trip was organized very professionally, guides enthusiastic and reasonable schedule. The Hills are beautiful, especially the Golden Bridge and the mountain air is cool. I am very happy and will recommend this tour to my friends when we arrive.

We booked the full package with lunch and everything was well organized. The guide was friendly, pickup was on time, and the cable car view was amazing. 🌥️ Golden Bridge looked much better in real life, and French Village was cool and beautiful for photos. 📸 Buffet was crowded but food was good with many choices.

We joined this full-day tour yesterday with our family of 4, including our little child, and we honestly had such a funny time together. Da Nang was incredibly hot during our trip, so arriving at Ba Na Hills felt like a mini escape from the heat. The weather up there was fresh, and super comfortable for walking around. The hotel pickup was convenient and everything was well organized from the beginning. The cable car ride was beautiful, with amazing mountain views along the way. Our child was excited the whole time and didn’t want the ride to end We visited several famous attractions including the Golden Bridge, Ling Ung Pagoda. The Golden Bridge was crowded, but still looked amazing in real life and was definitely worth the visit. Lunch was included and there were enough options for both adults and children. The guide was friendly, spoke clear English, and helped the whole trip run smoothly without feeling too stressful or rushed. Overall, this tour gave our family many happy memories and a nice break from the hot weather in Da Nang. If you’re traveling with family and want an easy, enjoyable day trip with beautiful views and fun activities, this tour is definitely a good choice 😊

The guidance and tour was very good. We were driven all the way there and skip the queues. Time was given to enjoy activity. Nice buffet.

Ba Na Hills was an incredible experience — everything from the scenery to the atmosphere was absolutely breathtaking. It was well worth the visit, and I’m definitely planning to come back again in the future!

We went on a weekend — definitely crowded, but everything ran smoothly. The cable car line moved fast, and once at the top, it’s easy to spread out. The Golden Bridge is the highlight, though hard to enjoy quietly with so many people.

Timely Pick-up & Drop-off The driver arrived exactly on time at our hotel. The ride to Ba Na Hills was smooth, and we returned as scheduled. Very punctual.

Booked the "Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge Day Tour" through Klook. 1) Communications There was no follow-up or information provided, nor any contact numbers provided, until the evening before the actual date of the booking. On the actual morning itself, the tour guide contacted us via a different mobile number instead. 2) Time wasted picking up other passengers. We were picked up around 8am, we were around the first few groups to be picked up. The bus then spent almost close to 40 minutes going all over Da Nang to pick up other passengers at TEN other hotels. In that amount of time wasted, we could have almost reached Ba Na Hills already. 3) Bus Bus was a 27-seater, and the seats were extremely cramped. When you're seated on the outer seat, 1/3 of your body is outside of the seat. 4) Lack of clarity While explaining about the location to us on the bus, guide was unclear. She pointed to the map brochure on her own hands expecting everyone to be on the same page as her. She referred to the numbers without realising that the map had the same numbers starting from 1 for several different colours to represent type of location. 5) Time wasted with confusion over tickets. Upon arrival, the guide gave us a 5 minutes toilet break and then she started giving out tickets without keeping track of who she had given them out to. This resulted in her having to re-count three times. 6) Lack of time at venue Due to the time spent picking up passengers and sorting out the confusions, there was not much time at the venue. It was already 11.15am by the time we boarded the cable car up. 7) Time wasted waiting for group at the end of trip We were told that we can explore on our own as we chose the package without lunch, and we were happy for this option. However, there were hiccups in the meeting time. We were initially told in the morning that at 3pm we should gather at the Arapang Restaurant to come down the cable car as a group. At 12.45pm however, the guided messaged us to inform us that we can take the cable car down on our own at 3pm and meet at the ticketing counter. We did so and kept her regularly updated when we boarded the cable car. Despite keeping to the time, we arrived to an empty ticketing counter area and she and the group were not there. We waited for a good 15 minutes before they arrived from the cable car. Disappointed to spend the money on the booking to only have so little time at the venue. Would recommend that you book a Grab and go there on your own instead. Was asked to remove review on Google on 20/12.

Just back from a fantastic trip with our amazing tour guide Windy (Vruong). We were lucky with fabulous weather so got some great shots and views on the golden bridge. The cable car ride is wonderful. The buffet lunch is superb. Windy kindly took lots of great pics of us. Highly recommend this tour for a great day of fun!
