Experience traditional training and actually wrestle with ex-professional sumo wrestlers. 2. Fun & Safe for Everyone : Whether you are a hardcore fan, a woman, or a child, this tour is designed for everyone. The wrestlers will playfully adjust their strength, ensuring a fun, safe, and unforgettable experience. 3. Dine with the Wrestlers : After the intense training, reward yourself by sharing a traditional "Chanko Nabe" (hearty hot pot) lunch with the wrestlers. Hear fascinating stories about their strict daily lives and values. 4. Come Empty-Handed : We provide the wrestling clothes! You even get to keep the original T-shirt and a handprint as souvenirs.

- Large luggage such as suitcases are not permitted on this tour.
- Out of respect for other guests and to ensure the best experience for everyone, the tour will start on time.
- You will not be able to join the tour, receive a refund, or reschedule if you are late and miss the group.
- Cancellation after the tour start time or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or date/time change.
- We will start the tour on time. If you are more than 5 minutes late without contacting us, it will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be provided.
- Please inform us at least one day before the tour if you have any dietary requests or allergies to mention.
- Please note that we are unable to guarantee allergy-free or cater to dietary restrictions as the food is prepared in kitchens that do not belong to MagicalTrip. Additionally, there may be instances where substitutions are not possible at certain stops; however, we will make every effort to compensate at different stops throughout the tour.

- Summer in Japan is very hot and humid, so we recommend that you bring water and wear a hat to prevent heat stroke.

- the retired sumo wrestlers are still young! I was surprised - they give you shorts to wear to participate in the lessons and sumo wrestling….do it! Then you’ll be in the participant pic - a great overview of sumo. Watching footage of recent sumo tournaments and a mock one during this experience were very helpful. - Charlie was fantastic. He really got into the refereeing of the mock tournament. - very comfortable to sit and watch if not participating. - an overall super fun and excellent experience!
