Antelope Canyon Photo Boating Excursion 2 hours

Description
What sets us apart is that we use smaller, open-bow boats, allowing us to access the narrower sections of the canyon. We limit our passenger capacity to facilitate comfort which allows you maximum exposure to panoramic views. In addition to assisting with your capturing the perfect lighting, scenery, and poses, our U.S. Coast Guard Licensed captains offer a nice personal touch as they share some of their culture and knowledge of the area, its history, and geography.

Itinerary
Bring out your inner photographer as you experience a guided photo boating excursion of the canyon showcasing the stunning natural rock formations and lighting conditions that make Antelope Canyon one of the most popular, iconic destinations for photographers. Forget the large crowds on enclosed boats. We use open bow boats and limit our passenger capacity to facilitate comfort which allows you maximum exposure of panoramic views. Our 2-hour photo excursion allows you to capture the scenic walls of Antelope Canyon, Glenn Canyon Dam, and the panoramic desert views with towering cliffs and buttes surrounding Wahweap Bay. Your photos and footage are sure to stand out on your social platforms! During the warmer months, June-September, feel free to bring a towel and come prepared to take a quick swim while in Antelope Canyon. Passengers can expect friendly interaction with our captains who will help you take incredible photos to capture picturesque moments creating life long memories.
In addition to the glistening oasis that is Wahweap Bay, passengers will enjoy the panoramic desert scape featuring scenes of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, Castle Rock, Tower Butte, and Navajo Mountain.
Glen Canyon Dam is stands 710 feet tall and is the second highest concrete-arch dam in the U.S. It took a decade to construct. The water it holds is known as Lake Powell, named after John Wesley Powell who led the first boating expedition down the Colorado River's Grand Canyon in 1869.
We depart from the Wahweap Launch ramp neighboring the Wahweap Marina.
Build in 1956, Glen Canyon Dam took 10 years to build. The Colorado River flows below the dam, around Horseshoe Bend, and on to the Grand Canyon.

We booked this as a last minute to do and I am glad we did. What a great way to see rhe lake, learn about the lake from a local. Lans was amazing.
Best way to see red rock formations up close! Great way to learn about the reservoir! Pontoon boat in excellent condition, and knowledgeable, personable captain!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable experience on Lake Powell! We had an exceptional time during this photographic cruise at Antelope Canyon. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The welcome was warm, the boat comfortable, and the landscapes simply magnificent. The crew was very friendly, professional, and attentive to ensure that everyone fully enjoyed the excursion. Everything went smoothly and in a very pleasant atmosphere. We even had the privilege of being able to swim in the waters of the lake, which made this experience even more memorable. I therefore advise future participants to bring a swimsuit to fully enjoy this opportunity. I wholeheartedly recommend this excursion to anyone who wants to have a great time in an exceptional setting. An experience to live at least once in your life! Thank you to the entire Lake Powell Experience team for this wonderful day.
Lance was a great captain and so patient with my children. He helped them be comfortable, confident and have loads of fun learning how to wake surf. He knew the spot for jumping off of some nice little cliffs that were appropriate for their and moms comfort level. All in all, great experience and money well spent.
Lance was a great captain for our boat, knowledgeable and friendly. The boat was newer and very comfortable. The sites were beautiful and it was neat to see the trail start for Antelope Canyon. We even stopped for a swim.

The Sunset Boat Tour on May 23rd was a total delight! Not only was our Tour Guide, Austin, very adept at driving the boat, but he answered all our questions. It was also great meeting the friendly family of 4 from NYC/ London. As a single, it's always great meeting new people from other places & our conversations were fun & informative! Great memories that will live in my memory.
