Absolutely beautiful! I know everyone wants the best light views at noon, but I highly recommend going at 8am. We had the whole canyon to ourselves and our tour guide, Clint, was a wonderful host! He played a beautiful Navajo song on his flute which was a special treat.
This is a must do in Page. What a spectacular slot canyon and a wonderful tour. Our guide was full of interesting information. Not only that, she knew exactly where to take photos for maximum impact and happily took those photos for us. A most amazing experience and we should be forever grateful to the young girl who discovered this canyon and for the Navajo for preserving it for future generations to enjoy and marvel.
Amazing tour thru Upper Antelope and the canyon imagery was just incredible! Our guide was kind of quiet at the beginning but opened up and shared things about the canyon. She was great with photography and took the time with everyone in our group to get the perfect shot on there cameras. It wasn't extremely crowded when we were there, but can see how things could get a little tight in there. Highly recommend going more off season, but you definitely have to go and experience these beautiful red rocks!
What a great experience for my family. Our guide, Mike, was the best!!! Very knowledgeable, knew all the best spots to take pictures and helped out with phone settings to make them beautiful! Definitely a must to for everyone!
This was an amazing experience! The guides were friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the astronomy and very accommodating. The event was simply stunning and there was a wide array of large telescopes. It was extremely dark with clear skies so the viewing was perfect. The guides had comfortable sacks (like bean bags) set up with blankets and binoculars for everyone. We went in October and it was quite cold so bundled up. We loved that they emailed us photos of the evening.
Really good great for the kids dog man and William
A terrific tour, the guide was exceptional in guiding us to use our iPhones to capture the best pictures. Highly recommend!
Took family on the 10ish tour. We all loved it (kids are 23,21,19 yrs old). Clint was our guide and did a great job!
First time in the area and tought the price was high. YouTube stated that we may feel lil we were herds. Check in process was easy. The emailed release forms made it easy. We were placed in a group of 7: my 2 sons, husband and I and another 3 family group. We were driven to the canyon in an AC van. (Other tour groups had more rustic vehicles and with the sand storms we were glad to be sheltered. Mike, our driver and guide was amazing. He taught us the best phone settings and best places for pictures. He took amazing pictures of the different formations and with my family. He shared Native American history. He used his own lights and flashlight for best photos. I’m so thankful for my “professional photos”. Another guide played the flute and the resonance from the canyon was magnificent. I’m glad we used The Adventurous Tours. The weather and sun could have been better but we were very happy with the experience.
So worth it! The Upper Antelope Canyon was simply breathtaking. Our guide was very informative and took the time to take beautiful pictures of our family. Yes, it could be crowded but we were led in a way that we could appreciate the canyon, take it all in and record what we could. Definitely recommend!
