Our driver/tour guide, Alfonso, was incredible. He was ALWAYS on time or early, for the initial pickup at the hotel, and at each stop throughout the day. He always had perfect recommendations for us at each stop at Ravello, Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento. He had an outstanding restaurant recommendation in Positano. We even enjoyed karaoke in the van for a little bit. It was always air conditioned and cool when we arrived back from a stop. He is very knowledgable and one of the most enjoyable tour guides I have had in decades of traveling the world.
Vincen, our personal guide for the day was just terrific. He met us promptly as we left the ship in Naples and helped us work out a plan for the day, always wanting to know what our goals were. He was a expert on the area, it's history, its beauty, and all the great spots & places on the coast! The scenery was spectacular, the quaint villages so fascinating, the people so friendly, and the food may have been the best part! Our group of six was most comfortable in his Mercedes van. Our guide's local knowledge allowed us much more time in villages, art shops, wine shops, instead of the bumper to bumper traffic on the winding roads through the Amalfi area. We booked three private tours through Viator, and they were all first class and well above expectations. As we are already planning out next trip to Italy, Viator will be our excursion provider choice for sure!
What an amazing trip!! My party of 6 and I had a wonderful time with our tour guide on our trip to Positano and Sorrento. The car was spacious and comfortable, and our guide was amazing. He was knowledgeable, patient with us and a lot of fun. Ask to see the old town in Sorrento, it was so beautiful. We enjoyed this trip and highly recommend this company to others. The driver was where he was supposed to be, on time--and greeted us with a great smile. I can honestly recommend this tour to all--you will not regret it!

We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. Dominico our driver was awesome, he provided information all through out the trip and stopped at various spots to get the best photo shots. We had plenty of time at each location and even had lunch at a restaurant which had great food with an amazing view.
