Our guide and driver Thomas (Tommy) was great! He picked us up - a family of 6 from the hotel on time and was very friendly. When we were on our way to Amalfi Coast, the traffic was very bad. Tommy had to make a decision real-time and checked with HQ to tell them that he needs to take another route so we can keep our itinerary for the day and not be stuck in traffic. He cared about our schedule and made sure we have enough time to tour Amalfi and to ensure we get to Pompeii on time. We had a great time for the day!!!

A well-filled day, dynamic and in good company! The time spent on the bus was enriched with very relevant and insightful explanations and comments. Ilaria was a very friendly and smiling guide. She was accompanied by Serena and our driver whose name I forgot 🫣. A bit of a quick stop in Amalfi because we added a boat tour along the coast that was really worth it! Very interesting visit to Pompeii and return to Naples within the expected time! I highly recommend it to anyone who is only spending a few days in Naples and wishes to visit the surroundings ☀️

My daughter and I had originally booked a Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello tour with another company that unexpectedly canceled at 6:00 a.m. due to low participation. Since we were only in Italy for a short time, we found ourselves scrambling at the last minute to find another tour. Thankfully, we came across WorldTours and booked their Amalfi Coast & Pompeii tour departing at 8:00 a.m. Even though we booked at the last minute, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. Our driver and tour guide, Eugenio, arrived right on time and picked us up directly from our hotel. The convenience of hotel pickup and drop-off was a huge plus. One thing I especially appreciated was that our group was small, which made the experience feel more personal and enjoyable. Eugenio was friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. He shared interesting information throughout the drive and kept everyone entertained, which made the longer stretches of travel fly by. He even included a photo stop along the way, which added to the experience and gave us some wonderful memories. We purchased a package that included lunch, and my only suggestion for future travelers is to let your driver know in advance if lunch is included in your booking. Since we booked so close to departure, there was almost a mixup because not everyone on the tour had the same package. Thankfully, everything worked out. In addition to the included tour and lunch, we added the optional Amalfi Coast boat tour. I highly recommend it. It added another layer to an already memorable day and gave us beautiful views of the coastline. I also want to recognize our Pompeii guide, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember. She was fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the history come alive. Her enthusiasm and expertise added so much to our visit. A quick tip for anyone considering this tour: dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. The Pompeii tour lasts about two hours, and there is quite a bit of walking on uneven surfaces. The guides did not rush us and made sure we received the full experience. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip. WorldTours turned what could have been a very disappointing day into an unforgettable one. Eugenio and our Pompeii guide made the experience even more special. If you're looking for a tour company in the area, I highly recommend World Tours. They offer several excellent options, and if you happen to get Eugenio as your driver, tell him the ladies from Atlanta, Georgia said hello and thank you again! We had a great tour with Fely. She was the best! Friendly and very knowledgeable about the history and Naples itself. She even gave us additional suggestions to visit while we were in Naples. The amalfi coast was beautiful and our tour guide in Pompeii was also excellent.

Maria was a fantastic guide! She was organized, friendly, and gave great explanations of all the places we visited. She gave us tips on where to get the best coffee and food in Amalfi and her recommendation was great. Bruno was a wonderful driver and Walter gave an awesome tour in Pompeii. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for the history of that site. The mini boat ride on the Amalfi coast was very fun - I just wish that the boat was a bit bigger or there was room upstairs because it was hard to see all the sights if you were in the middle seating area. Overall this was a really great tour and I’d happily book with world tours again!

Luca our guide and Francesco our driver took us on an amazing trip to the almafi coast and pompei! They avoided tons of traffic and crowds but knew all of the key spots for shops/food and even photo ops. They set us up with an awesome guide at pompei who was one of the archeologists actually working the site.

The original excursion was cancelled, but they offered another one. I was on airplane mode so I didn’t get the message until early in the morning once I turned off airplane mode. Finding our tour guy Francisco was difficult once off the ship. They need a bigger sign. Once we connected everything went excellent! Really enjoyed the trip!
