Tour operator never...

Tour operator never showed up and did not answer the phone. Even Viator did not anything to help make up for a lost afternoon.

Amazing experience

Definitely recommend. The tour guide was amazing and very informative. He educated us the entire trip, was very pleasant and took amazing pictures of us.
