Our guide, Vivian, was excellent. She was friendly, patient, and highly knowledgeable. The group was small, six of us total. We saw a wide variety of sites, allowing everyone to explore their interests, with a good balance of structure and free-time to explore. This is a much better option than trying to squeeze in three islands in one day.
We used one of the fast boats to get there. Lovely place, good food, especially the cakes.
Thank you so much for your charming review, andrewwB1672NV! Aegina really is the perfect island escape — a beautiful contrast to the ancient monuments of Athens. We are so glad you enjoyed the fast boat, the lovely atmosphere, and of course the local cakes — Aegina is famous for its pistachios and traditional sweets, and it sounds like you made the most of it! We hope to see you again on another Greek adventure! The Getaways Greece Team
