Wonderful sites and the guides gave great information! The buffet lunch was amazing. There was a lot of logistical time waiting around that seems to be due to a lack of organization. We were picked up outside the gate to our resort 20 minutes late, then drove to another location to wait for the bigger bus, then boarded a bigger bus ( where we waited more) and then drove back past where our resort was on the bus. At the end of the tour we asked if we had to do the same transfers (that would have been another long wait for nothing). We ended up taking a taxi back to our hotel to avoid needless waiting on the bus. The total day was 12 hours ( with about 3 hours of just waiting in the bus or for the bus). Better organization would give this tour a higher rating.
