Im Naturparadies Xel-Há entlang der Riviera Maya erleben Sie ein erstaunliches Dschungelabenteuer, während Sie eine Lagune, Cenoten, Höhlen und einen versteckten Strand erkunden. Stay at the expensive Xcaret arte, and was very underwhelmed that the Xelha experienced is mostly upsells. All the nice experiences are at the xtra charge, and you are left until 5pm , stranded, so you have to pay extra. Beautiful place, horrible deceiving price structure, insanely overpriced. Just stay at the hotel parks, Xplora, xenses.

Great family day out. The bus pickup and drop off was great. Photo package for $110 was good value for money. The all inclusive package included everything we needed on the day: food, snorkling kit, life vest, towel, unlimited drinks and ice cream. The employees work their socks off keeping the place clean and tidy. Well done to all.

Honestly, I hadn't tried it, but I loved the experience, I will repeat it to celebrate my birthday. I went with my nephews who were on vacation, but this time I will take my husband so he can experience what I lived. But I really loved everything, it is one of the experiences that you must do at at least twice a year.

We spent a very fun day at Xel-Ha; my 10 and 6-year-old children say it was the best day of their lives. The park's logistics and the staff help a lot to make it a very pleasant experience. I make a special mention of the lifeguard from Sinaloa who helped me and my son at the exit of the lazy river, since we were in a double tube and his support was excellent and respectful.

We went to Xel-há with a 6 year old and 8 year old. They were able to participate in all of the included activities and had a great time. Transportation to and from the resort was easy and comfortable. Xel-há provides everything you need: food, drinks, towels, lockers included in the all inclusive ticket price so it makes for an easy, fun day. I had difficulty downloading my tickets via the link provided by Viator but a quick call to customer service fixed the problem and they sent me a PDF of our tickets. Overall it was such a great experience and we will go again next time we are in the area.
