Wir haben zwei Möglichkeiten: Xel-Há Light (kein Essen nur Softdrinks inbegriffen) Xel-Há All-Inclusive (Essen, alkoholfreie Getränke und offene Bar inbegriffen) Xelha gilt als einer der größten Naturparks der Welt und bietet Ihnen eines der besten Erlebnisse, wenn Sie die Riviera Maya besuchen. Mit Ihrem Ticket können Ihre ganze Familie mehr als 50 Aktivitäten im Binnenland und im Wasser entdecken, mit Sicherheit werden Sie eine unvergessliche Zeit haben. Üben Sie Schnorcheln und sehen Sie Hunderte von bunten Fischen und Meereslebewesen in einem der wichtigsten Naturwunder in Mexiko. Genießen Sie viele Wasseraktivitäten. The whole day and experience was our best family day in Mexico! It is such a well designed and exciting, adventurous day out! We started with a bike ride through the trees to the start of the lazy river, which was such an exciting start, drifting Under the canopy of the mangroves and popping out in to the open river, finding a cliff to jump off and then swim/float on down to the fabulous zip lines in to the water. That was just the morning! Around every corner there was something new to do and challenge ourselves. The park was clean, safe, well landscaped and super exciting for our children (8,10,13&15yrs old) and for us as adults! We would highly recommend it to any families with adventurous kids.

Everything about the taste of the food and drinks was very good, only at the bar they give preference to foreigners; in the restaurants the service is very good, Captain Edwin was very kind.

As a park, it is fine. But bring a well-filled wallet. It is not just the price of admission... the attractions are extra, at the economical price of €75 per person (there were 4 of us). They sell everything they have very well, especially to the children, and when you get there and see the price, it takes a while to convince the children that at most you can only do one of them all (and even then with sacrifice, after paying the price of admission). We chose the adrenaline one, a speedboat that does stunts and submerges you in the water. Since we brought a 10-year-old child, they put us in the mild one... (the child wanted more and they did not let us). And inside the boat they were taking photos of you and recording a 360° video. They tell you to make faces, to look, .....The photos are at the accessible price of 120 euros. When we arrived in Spain and went to download the photos, the video and the photos from the boat were not there. We contacted them and they said it's another 60 euros extra!!!! Almost 600 euros to enter + 300 euros for the attraction + 120 euros for the photos!!!! The video is extra!! They say that and on top of that they ask for a tip!!!!! This is not viable for a family. They caught us off guard, but never again. For what is included for free I don't recommend it, and you have unlimited food and drink at the hotel. Don't let yourselves be fooled, it's not worth it for one big slide
