Very convenient transfer with a nice driver, and fantastic tour guide. Visit came out a bit longer than predicted as we had to wait for some participants. Price I would say slightly high as for Poland.
This was an easy trip pick up at the hotel, great driver dropped us off after at the old town, and gave us a recommendation for lunch. Place was amazing, it’s a long walk and many steps you need to be mobile to do this. Also the exit is not by the entrance so make sure you give yourselves enough time to get back to the parking, at the entrance. After the tour finish’s in the mine it still takes about 20 minutes to exit, brilliant trip.
Very successful excursion! The pickup was also totally worth it!!! Private transfer accompanied to the entrance (there were five of us) with a super driver named WIKTOR NOWAK, who also gave us valuable restaurant and nightlife tips. Super friendly and speaking perfect English - simply perfect - thanks for that!!!
Amazing experience to go so deep underground to another world. Guide was very informative and the walking down 800 steps was not that hard for a 70 year old. The lift going back up was welcome
Great trip to the salt mines. The pick up and guide were very good. The salt mine was a great experience and the guide was very good, it was her first tour. Would recommend if ur in Krakow to book with Hello Cracow.

We booked a tour with an English speaking guide. Her English was horrible. Terrible flow. Didn’t make sense, and her delivery was atrocious. She tried to crack a joke, and it didn’t make sense at all. She asked questions to the group, and nobody was able to understand what it was that she was asking. English is NOT my first language, and her capabilities were basic at best. Tried to ask her a few question for clarification a few times, and i walked away even more confused. Audio in the headset was spotty at best. The mine itself is a cool experience. Just the guide that was sub-par. Audio in the provided headsets - garbage!

The salt mine was very cool to see. On the tour you will be told about the option to take the stairs out of the mine, however due to the tour you will not have time to do so and so will not be able to. Instead you will have to ride the elevator which is pretty fast at getting you to the top.

Got picked up from the hotel very early in the morning by our transport Daniel, he was very professional and an amazing driver. Drove to Auschwitz and got an English speaking guide & we received transmitters and headphones to be able to hear him clearly. Was a really important thing to see. We next got a break then was driven to the 2nd camp where we met with the same English guide but did not get transmitters as it was quieter. Afterwards our guide picked us up and took us to the salt mine where we met our fantastic guide Renata; she was fantastic, funny, knowledgeable and helpful. Overall the experience was around 11-12 hours but we got regular breaks so it wasn’t too long. If you are going to Krakow I would recommend this as a day trip. I would say it’s best for groups between 2-6 people and not to bring small children as it is a lot of walking .

We booked a tour with a transfer to and from a location of our choice with Hello Cracow to the salt mines. Communication was very clear and up to date/sent to us (Via What's App) in advance explaining details of pick up point/pick up times and what to expect on the tour. The driver was friendly and the vehicle supplied was good enough. Whilst we did miss the original pick up to visit the salt mines (mostly our fault) the Hello Cracow team kindly sent out another taxi to pick us up from the meet up point (at no extra cost after I had explained over the phone to their staff what had happened) and drop us off at the site. Whilst we arrived late we fortunately were still able to join our designated tour group on time. I had a fantastic time on the tour and felt the service, communication and cost of the tour from Hello Cracow was all round great. I would happily recommend them to others looking to book tours in and around Krakow.
