Ihre Tour beginnt mit dem Transport von Krakau in die Stadt Wieliczka, wo sich ein Salzbergwerk befindet. Abholung mit dem Bus von einem vorher festgelegten Ort (Hotel oder einem anderen Ort, den Sie wählen) zu einem bestimmten Datum und Uhrzeit. Der Transport dauert etwa 30 Minuten.
Im Rahmen des Besuchs erhalten Sie eine individuelle Eintrittskarte zum Salzbergwerk und einen professionellen, Ihre Sprache sprechenden Guide. Der Guide ist in einer der ausgewählten Sprachen verfügbar: Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch, Spanisch, Italienisch, Russisch. Der Besuch des Salzbergwerks findet in Gruppen von bis zu 30 Personen statt. Sie erhalten während Ihrer Tour auch einen Kopfhörer. Die Mine hat 9 unterirdische Ebenen. Während der Führung erfahren Sie mehr über die Geschichte des Salzbergbaus in bestimmten historischen Epochen. Mit einem Führer besuchen Sie ein Labyrinth von Gängen und einen Komplex thematischer Kammern, in denen zahlreiche Skulpturen, in den Fels gehauene Kapellen und ein unterirdischer See zu sehen sind. Spüren Sie das einzigartige Mikroklima des Bergwerks, das ideal für Asthmatiker und Allergiker ist, und spüren Sie die Vorteile für Ihre Gesundheit. Nach Abschluss der Tour kehren Sie mit einem Aufzug zum Boden zurück. Nach der Besichtigung kehren Sie zum Parkplatz zurück, wo Ihr Fahrer auf Sie wartet.
Wenn Sie mit der Erkundung des Salzbergwerks fertig sind, kehren Sie zum Auto zurück. Der Fahrer bringt Sie zu einem festgelegten Ort in Krakau zu Ihrem Hotel oder zur Altstadt, dem Hauptplatz (je nach Ihrer Entscheidung).

Abholung direkt von Ihrem ausgewählten Hotel oder Apartment in Krakau (oder dem nächstgelegenen Standort, wenn der Zugang mit dem Fahrzeug verboten oder schwierig ist). Am Tag vor der Tour erhalten Sie nach Abholung aller Adressen von den anderen Tourteilnehmern die genaue Abholzeit vom vereinbarten Ort. Die Abholung erfolgt täglich zwischen ca. 9:00 - 11:00 Uhr, abhängig von Ihrem Hotelstandort in Krakau. Die genaue Uhrzeit bestätigen wir Ihnen am Vortag der Tour.

Our driver, Jakub, was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable about the area and the salt mine. He helped us through the queue and made regular contact with us at all times. Jakub made us feel important and made sure we know that our time was ours to spend as we wished. We never felt rushed in any way We would recommend cracowTop Tours and Jakub is a credit to your organisation. Many thanks for your help and support. Our driver, Caspar, arrived on time and was most accommodating. I truly appreciated having everything prearranged and not having to wait in line and purchase tickets myself. The guide was knowledgeable and answered our questions. Caspar even dropped us at the castle on the return so we could continue out touring.
Excellent trip today with Cracow Tours. To Wieliczka Salt Mines. Our driver Casperro spoke very good English he kept us updated on pick up times from the hotel, gave us information on route about the itinerary and what to expect from the day. He also gave us advice on places to eat in Krakow as first time visitors. We then met our guide at the Salt Mines (Victor) he was very knowledgeable and quite funny at times, although I dont think everybody understood his jokes all the time. There are a lot of steps to negotiate in this tour but they are all down hill with a lift back to the surface. It looks like an traditional lift similar to ones used by the miners. It is very cramped but the lift only takes approx 1 minute to the surface. The only minor issue that we had was our intercom and earpiece which wasn't very clear when trying to listen to Victor's commentary, possibly partly to being underground or maybe being a little to far away from him when walking through the tunnels. This is not any fault of Cracow Tours though. I would highly recommend using them for Tours. The tour took approximately 2 hours underground it might take longer in busy times, we had about 40 mins to food and drinks afterwards before our return journey. Thank you Casperro.

Tour guide was amazing, it certainly was a lot of walking but very beautiful, and worth the visit. I would highly recommend going, booking was easy with hotel pick up and drop off. So everything was taken care of, all we had to do was be ready. Our driver was amazing too.
Picked up at arranged time by Jacob extremely polite and helpful. Gave clear instructions for when we finished tour. on return he was waiting. then asked where we would like to be dropped off. Highly recommended 👌

Great experience! Super easy, driver picked us up right on time from our hotel and we took the very short drive to the mines. The tour was absolutely fantastic. The only minor “frustration” is that the lift back to the surface at the end takes about 15 minutes of waiting in line. Other than that though - Breathtaking tour!
