„Taste Tradition“ – 4 Weingüter und eine Tapas-Bar

Wow what can I say, my husband and I had a fantastic full day out with the charming Lola for wine tasting and tapas. Lola was friendly, passionate about Lanzarote and the wine area of La Geria. We went to 5 different wineries all different styles, tasting their wines and enjoying a personal unrushed tour of each. We had Tapas at Bar Stop in Yaiza with a large selection to taste between us all which was fabulous. Wine and drinks provided alongside the meal. Lola also supplied water bottles whilst out to keep hydrated. Can't rate this trip high enough and would definitely recommend over the large tour buses. Many thanks for a great day out.

The most unique and beautiful experience we could have asked for! Such friendly and fun company. Worth every penny in my opinion. The time at each winery is perfectly spaced out so we never felt rushed and dinner was spectacular. Such a lovely atmosphere from all the staff at the wineries and feel as if we’ve made good friends on the island in just one day. We were lucky enough to have been the only people on the tour the day that we went, which made for the most perfect private tour for our anniversary! Incredible day and one we will never forget!

Had an amazing trip with Lola around the local Bodegas on Lanzarote. Great wines to try and great company the whole trip. It was clear that Lola loved what she does and this was reflected in the greetings she received at all the places we visited, she knew everyone and they all knew her. We stopped for lunch in a fantastice, small tapas bar where the food was great...more wine too! If you are looking for a trip like this we would highly recommend booking with Lola.

Lola is amazing!! Seriously this is one of the best tours we’ve had the pleasure of taking part in! It had to do with the amazing producers we went to, but a big reason was Lola’s passion and energy! She’s knowledgeable about the area, people and customs. In addition to visiting four distinct wineries the tapas lunch was one of the best meals we had. This is must tour in Lanzarote!

The wine tasting tour was absolutely wonderful — we really, really enjoyed it. We visited more than four wineries, and each place felt special in its own way. Lola told us so many interesting things about Lanzarote, the island and local winemaking, so the tour felt not only tasty, but also very meaningful. The pace was perfect for our small group of four people. Everything felt relaxed, comfortable and not rushed. The tapas bar was also a lovely surprise - the food was very, very delicious. Also, Lola can always help you find the best angle for photos among the beautiful vineyards and give you a few great tips. =)

Absolutely wonderful day out. Lola's knowledge and love of the areas local vineyards is outstanding. We have told everyone who will listen about what a brilliant experience we had.

Super day out. Lola was an expert, warm and friendly host. She's a Lanzarote local, and as such knows many of the wineries and local places very well. As such we visited a few places off the beaten track which was great. If we ever return to the island I'd get in touch directly and say "where to next?!"

Visit led by a colorful dynamic guide that explains the region, the vineyards, the volcanic landscapes, the soils, climatic and geological influences, the history, culture and peasantry of the island, the wines to taste... A true bond is created with a complicity tinged with humor of sincerity and authenticity. Some wines deserve the detour, others less because young and a little green, reche in the mouth. We're going upscale from place to place. Two drinks are offered in the first 2 places, one in the last two. Kind of chic. As a result, we are very satisfied with the ride that is worthwhile but a little expensive. The advice of an oenologist and / or the visit by the owners could have complemented the visit in a rewarding way with a family point of view and even better shared know-how.

Lola made the whole experience enjoyable. She was fun, happy and knowledgeable. We learned so much more about Lanzarote than just wine tasting. Lunch was excellent and we were introduced to so many local people.

Lola collected us from outside where we were staying. She jumped out of the car and greeted us with a big hug and an even bigger smile. We then were introduced to the other guests and set off. Lola was fantastic, she talked throughout the journey, explaining the days events and gave us information about the islands history. We visited 6 wineries over the day and also stopped at a traditional tapas for lunch which was amazing. Lola showed us an around the winery’s and shared the history of each with us. We tasted lots of Lanzarote wines and also had the chance to buy our favourites. Some of the wineries were commercial and others very small, but all were amazing for different reasons. We also had a few unexpected stops along the way, which included meeting the local camels and seeing pigs, sheep, goats and cows at a local farm. This was one of the best experiences we have done and Lola was an exceptional guide, she was funny, entertaining and a pleasure to spend time with. She was also an excellent driver. I would thoroughly recommend joining one of her tours.
