U-Boot-Safaris Lanzarote betreibt eines der anspruchsvollsten U-Boote der Welt vom Millionärshafen Puerto Calero aus. Tauchen Sie bis zu 30 m auf den Grund des Atlantiks, ohne nass zu werden, auf unserem riesigen 44-Sitzer-U-Boot. Es gibt nur 15 dieser U-Boote auf der Welt! Die Hütte ist geräumig und wird unter normalen atmosphärischen Bedingungen gehalten, so dass Schwangere, Herzpatienten und Personen mit Ohrproblemen in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt werden. Wir haben 22 große Backbordlöcher auf jeder Seite, um die große Auswahl an Meereslebewesen (Meerbrassen, Rochen, Barrakudas, Aale, Zackenbarsche und vieles mehr) zu sehen. The submarine experience was fabulous but the coach driver and courier let the whole experience down due to their unhelpfulness and lack of communication. The return coach was 25minutes late with no apology or explanation. They could have notified the submarine reception to let the waiting passengers know about the late coach and then we could have all bought a drink or even a look around the market
Bus 30 mins late, did call me to say same, not very much guidance on where to go, Follow the crowd pretty much so keep up , very hot on the submarine but some AC, if you're tall can't see out window very well unless bent over the entire time. On way back again no guidance and missed our stop as was different from pickup . Eventually asked where they going back on the route to be told no and get off here in a different town miles from our initial pickup area , no direction for bus stop or how to get home with 4 young children in the hot midday sun , stumbled across a bus stop after walking amlisley around and relied on a very nice local to help. Over all great experience Poor organisation and customer service , the not my problem attitude was alive and well. Maybe don't like tourists but happy to take almost €300 off me.

Unfortunately, one of our buses broke down earlier in the day, which resulted in a delay and had a knock-on effect on the transport schedule for the rest of the day. We appreciate that this was particularly frustrating when travelling with four young children. Regarding the return journey, we understand that the return stop at Biosfera is on the opposite side from your original pickup point. However, we had eight other passengers get off the bus at Biosfera, so we cannot fully understand why you did not get off at this point. That said, we are sorry that the communication and guidance provided to you were not clearer and we appreciate how stressful this must have been, especially in the midday heat with your family. We have also noted your comments regarding the guidance provided throughout the experience, the temperature inside the submarine, and visibility for taller passengers. Your feedback is important and will be shared with our team as we continually look for ways to improve the overall customer experience. We sincerely hope that, despite the organisational issues you encountered, you enjoyed the unique experience of travelling beneath the ocean and learned something new about the marine world and our Oceans. Well organised. Good view of fish and shipwrecks . Our grandson wants to go again. Lots of space and everyone has window access. Expensive but worth it.

Shocking, very disappointed. Saw 2 different fish which I appreciate isn't out of the operators hands, but 30 mins for 101 euros is a joke. Ypu can see many more fish from the marina, just bring bread from your hotel!

The dive site typically offers an abundance of marine life and showcases three shipwrecks. It's never been known only encounter two species of fish during any dive. In fact our guides have never in our 29 year history reported a dive with sightings of only two species! To enhance the experience, we provide complementary fish identification charts to all guests, including charts displayed near the portholes to help recognise marine species that might be less familiar to the untrained eye. Additionally, our multilingual audio guide shares educational insights throughout the journey. We understand that the ticket price may seem high. Operating a real submarine at depths of around 30 meters in open water is a complex undertaking, requiring significant investment and specialised staff to ensure passenger safety. With only 14 submarines of our class worldwide, the operational costs including maintenance and safety equipment are substantial. For example, a replacement window alone can cost €140,000. Safety is always our top priority, and these necessary precautions are reflected in our pricing. The trip was very interesting and exciting. I’ve never been in a submarine before and couldn’t wait to see what was down there. It was also cheaper to book on the Viator app than the submarine shop. They said we are out for an hour but it’s more like 40 minutes.
A magnificent excursion where we descend to 30 meters deep and see fish of all kinds as well as shipwrecks. The staff is very kind and very welcoming. I recommend without hesitation.
