A truly delightful evening with the Chef in his home. The food was amazing and he has an awe inspiring view of the city from his beautiful terrace. When he Learned that we were celebrating a birthday he had a candle in the dessert and we sang happy birthday . An amazing chef and an extremely kind and thoughtful host , we will always remember this experience. He even found a taxi for us when our taxi service was busy.

Our host has welcomed us in his apartment. He cooks and serves his guests with a lot of passion and love. It was a really special evening for my wife and me. On the one hand because of the lovingly freshly cooked food, on the other hand because we had countless evenings in restaurants, but never before, in such a special atmosphere, but because private - away from personal contacts - dinner. Along the way, we learn a lot about Palermo and Sicily. A really nice evening! Thank you.

Fulvio is an amazing chef and an even better host. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed into his home. The local, seasonal food was outstanding, and it was a privilege to experience Palermo’s culinary culture through someone who is clearly a local institution. A fantastic and memorable way to end our Sicily trip.

An interesting and very enjoyable evening tonight. Fulvio cooked a meal for us in his home, an apartment overlooking the City. Wonderful local Sicilian food and great chat, even turned out his wife is from Manchester!

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening with Fulvio. The 4 course Sicilian meal was delicious. It was a delight to just relax and have an interesting conversation on a variety of topics, particularly music, which is a passion of Fulvio along with his cooking. As an added treat, the views of Palermo from his apartment balcony are spectacular.

This was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious. It was also really interesting to speak to the Chef about life in Palermo, and his history with cooking.
