It was great the captain and assistant was very nice professional and welcoming, I also booked for the parasailing. But the weather not letting us be Greatttt..
This was basically a boat ride out into the ocean with a view of the beaches and hotels. Sightseeing excursion. You're in the sun the entire time, so take that into account if it's an issue. Staff were informative and friendly. Descent trip.

I booked 4 tickets for the Fort Lauderdale Ocean Speed Boat Cruise on Sunday June 7th at 1 and paid $219.20. Sunday June 7th at 8:28 in the morning I received a text saying that Sea Rocket did not have enough guests booked on your trip in order to operate. To please give the office a call. The gentleman on the phone asked if we could rebook, which was not an option as we were leaving Monday to return home. He told me to expect a refund within 48-72 hours. On June 9th I received a refund of $186.48, short of the full charge of $32.72. I reached out Wednesday June 10th and the gentleman was nice and understanding of where I was coming from but he couldn't explain the difference. As if I cancelled the ride and I reassured him that it was Sea Rocket who did it, not us due to not enough participation. He was as perplexed as I was and told me a supervisor would be giving me a call within 24 hours. Thursday came and no one called, so I called late Thursday evening and just so happened to get a supervisor who was very rude and told me to give it 48-72 hours for the rest of the refund to come thru...so hear I am waiting. I read of the same situation on google in a review that the customer seemed to be having the same issue. We were really looking forward to coming back in a few months and bringing my grandparents with us. Depending on how this ends up we might be rethinking that, not to mention we are having a big party with about 75 people and were looking to possibly have it with you guys! I am so beyond frustrated. If this is customer service yikes!! Finally talked to someone today and they advised me that my trip insurance will not be refunded, even though they cancelled on me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!

It was great Captain John was awesome as well music, it did go out for a bit, but he fixed it, also did get wet. If that’s what your looking for definitely will an ait more in back of the sea rocket. Id have to say parking is a little crazy, one person was 20 a car next car was 10 dollars an we were told to tell whoever was out there at ticket collect we were on sea rocket, she, was one rude, an two there should have better communication with the resort.

Do to bad weather we could not go out.but was not aware we couldn't they loaded us on the"SPEEDBOAT" and gave us a tour of the NO WAKE ZONE TOUR GUIDE said someone will be around for drinks.NO ONE COME AROUND... im requesting my money back because we did nothing but go in a circle and listen to bad jokes.
