Not worth the visit, if you do go remember your ID as had to go away and come back, missing our tour we had paid extra for.
It was good but a lot of information. Especially after seeing Auschwitz.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. Visiting both Schindler's Factory and Auschwitz is indeed a deeply emotional and information-heavy experience. It can be very overwhelming to process so much history in a short time. We hope the depth of the exhibition was still meaningful to you. Best regards, KrakowBooking Team
Con artists. They took our booking and our money about a month before our trip to visit Schindler's factory. We had booked for a time in the mid afternoon knowing that we had to get through the airport, taxi to the hotel and then later we had booked a meal at a restaurant. Literally the day beforehand, our booking (2.50pm) was cancelled and we were offered 1.20pm (which would be extremely tight with the airport) or 5.45pm which would conflict with our evening meal. I said neither was convenient so what were our options. No reply. I reluctantly said we would take 1.20pm and would try to rush there to make it work because they gave us no options. When it became obvious we wouldn't be able to make it because of delays at the airport, we contacted them to ask for a rearranged time/date - their response? No, because we agreed to 1.20pm (which we did only because our booking was cancelled without our ageement). I asked for a refund. Answer - get lost. Eventually I persuaded them to give me 50% back leaving me hugely out of pocket. Save yourself hassle and having to deal with con artists and book direct with the venue and get a cab to ensure you control your entry time. Avoid this company at all costs
We are truly sorry for the stress and frustration this caused. The museum strictly limits daily entry times, meaning last-minute schedule changes by the venue can force us to rebook slots. However, we deeply regret how our team handled your situation and the lack of flexibility. We will review our communication to ensure we handle scheduling conflicts much better. Best regards, KrakowBooking Team
MUST VISIT!!!! I visited this museum on the 24th March and I took my time reading every artefact/article and I learnt so much more than I have done ever. You read and see things which will shock you further. I would recommend going here before visiting the auschwitz because you get more of an eye opener of what happened to the Jews. You will also read saying they have written in their personal experience. I would also recommend skip the line ticket and self guided as you will have all the time to read everything and there is a lot to absorb. Tours seem to be rushed from what I saw. It’s very organised inside and not busy so you can take your time. Highly recommend also visiting “Ghetto Heroes Square” 9 min walk from the museum. You will learn all about this from the museum itself.
Thank you so much for the detailed and thoughtful review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that the "Skip the Line" self-guided option gave you the exact freedom and pace you needed to fully absorb the powerful history inside Schindler's Factory. Your recommendation to visit the museum before Auschwitz is incredibly insightful—understanding the context of the Krakow Ghetto and the personal testimonies truly adds a profound layer of depth to the region's history. We also love that you highlighted Ghetto Heroes Square; it is such a moving, connected site just a short walk away. Thank you for choosing us to help organize your visit, and for highly recommending this experience to other travelers! Best regards, KrakowBooking Team
Very detailed and personal exhibition, incredible amount of material, really highly recommended!
Thank you so much for your positive feedback! We are very glad that you found the exhibition so detailed and personal. It truly is a place that leaves a deep impression and stays in your memory due to the wealth of materials and personal stories. We are wonderful to know that you found the visit so valuable. Thank you for your recommendation! Best regards, KrakowBooking Team
A good Allround experience although I though there could have been more information on Schindler himself….perhaps and introduction To his life.
Buy direct from the museum - there was absolutely no need to "skip the line" and use this company who charged more than double the price of the ticket direct from the museum itself. Perhaps in the busier months it might be more difficult to get tickets but on a Friday in November I feel conned
I was disappointed I expected to see the factory and not a wandering of rooms showing and tracing the life of email at that time
Skip the que is worth getting to avoid the long line of people the displays are very well presented and there is no rush
Easy booking, used ticket with ease, good price and always good communication from Viator , would recommend
