Udawalawe ist ein wichtiger Lebensraum für Wasservögel und sri-lankische Elefanten sowie für viele andere Tiere, darunter Lippenbären, Sambarhirsche, Wildschweine, Wasserbüffel, Krokodile und selten Leoparden. Anschließend genießen Sie ein Mittagessen in Udawalawe, gefolgt von einem Besuch im Udawalawe Elephant Transit Home (optional). Nicht nur Hikkaduwa, sondern Sie können uns auch überall von Benthota bis Misrissa begleiten. Vormittags- und Nachmittagssitzung. für die morgendliche Sitzung Ihr Fahrer holt Sie gegen 3:00 Uhr morgens von Ihrem Hotel in Hikkaduwa oder irgendwo zwischen Bentota und Misrissa in der näheren Umgebung ab. Morgens um 6.00 Uhr erreichen Sie den Park.

Der Udawalawa-Nationalpark ist einer der schönsten Nationalparks in Sri Lanka. Es ist einer der meistbesuchten Orte des Landes. Der Park beherbergt eine große Vielfalt an Wildtieren, darunter Elefanten, Sambarhirsche, Wildschweine und viele Vogelarten. Es ist auch ein großartiger Ort zur Vogelbeobachtung, da in der Gegend über 150 Vogelarten registriert sind. Im Park befindet sich auch das Elefantenwaisenhaus Udawalawa, in dem verletzte und verwaiste Elefanten gepflegt und rehabilitiert werden. Der Park beherbergt auch das Udawalawa-Tank, das eine wichtige Wasserquelle für Tiere und Vögel darstellt. Good organized tour. Convenient transportation by car to from the hotel to the park. Interesting safari where we got to see elephants and crocodiles.
Great tour to Udawalawe national park. Pick up at the hotel on time in the early morning. Smooth car ride to the park. Explored the park and saw elephants, crockodiles, deers, birds, etc. Good communication with the company representative before the tour started.
The driver that we arranged the trip with was very easy to communicate with. We used WhatsApp to write to eachother. His english was good. And he picked us up at the hotel at 5:00am as promised. There was another man that was our tour guide at the safari and he was very knowlegdable about all the different animals/species that we saw during the safari. The safari was amazing and there was no hidden costs that we had to pay later after our agreement to join the safari.

What a fantastic day we had at Udawalawe. Our driver arrived on time, he was courteous and careful dropping us with our safari guide. The guide was excellent and very knowledgeable, he showed us loads of wildlife spotting things from far away.

Chaminda was easy to communicate with before our holiday and helped us put together a fantastic trip. His drivers were always at the meeting point ahead of time and were so helpful. Chaminda arranged for his driver to pick us up in Hikkaduwa, drive us to Kandy with a couple of sites on the way. He then took us to Sigiriya the next day, then Dambulla, he even stayed overnight to ensure we got from our hotel to the train station. Then, he picked us up from Ella 2 days later, Chaminda even booked the train tickets for us! We then went, later in the holiday to Udawalawe, Chaminda booked everything for us.
