Guides are very cool but the place is very unstructured

Lamentamos que a infraestrutura do local não tenha atendido às suas expectativas. Como se trata de uma atração natural, alguns aspectos estão fora do nosso controle, mas valorizamos muito o seu feedback e o levaremos em consideração. Overall it worked out however there were a few things that should've been better. For starters you (I) would think the van would be nice and air conditioned upon arrival- it's wasn't. Also site says waters are provided- no water just empty cooler. When the driver dropped us off at first location he gave us his number to call when we were ready. Called over 6 times with no response, we had to walk around until we found him. I even messaged the company that driver wasn't answering and where we were, never even received a response back.
An apology for all the inconveniences that you pass thru defenitly will be the last time this situation happend. The driver was parked the closest as possible but in Tulum the traffic affect us, he arrive on time but you where there 7 minutes before.
Service was great. Welker the driver made sure we got to all out destinations. Vehicle was immaculate.

It’s a great way to experience the Tulum ruins if you only have a limited time for visiting , since it’s tailored to your interest . It’s better than an excursion that takes hours walking and explaining . Our driver let us in the entrance which also makes this alternative ver accesible for handicapped people. This way we could travel from the cruise in Cozumel and back in one day . Thanks 🙏🏼
