It was a nice catamaran ride. Unfortunately we were not able to get the full experience with snorkeling due to the weather. Otherwise, it was fun and nice party vibe.
The boat ride over was great and the crew was awesome. All inclusive with drinks and lunch. Come enjoy a party
Staff were friendly, boat was clean, the water was beautiful (especially with the seaweed situation on the mainland beaches). Reason for only 3 stars was mainly the logistics. Advertised as a 5.5 hour experience, but in reality it was an about a 10-11 hour day with over 4 hours spent in the van. In hindsight, I probably wouldn’t have signed up for this experience with a toddler (who wasn’t allowed to snorkel anyway). But if you are staying closer to the port or take your own transportation the boat experience itself was nice.
Great trip! We had about 2.5 hours on Isla Mujeres. The snorkel and swim spots were great. It wasn’t too long at the snorkel swim spots for those waiting in the boat. Good sandwiches were provided on the way to the island. Friendly staff! I do wish we had a bit more time on the island as the beaches were stunning!
Really fun day out. I'm not a strong swimmer so I didn't snorkel (felt like it wouldn't have been suitable for beginners) however my partner did and enjoyed it. I enjoyed staying on the boat having a drink and taking in the views. On isla mujeres, we walked down to a beach around 10 min away and relaxed on the beach with a few drinks. The guide Maria was great, very hospitable making sure everyone was okay and making jokes throughout.
It was a wonderful trip! My whole family really enjoyed it! Will organized throughout the whole trip. Maria and team were great!

It was an amazing experience. The staff was great and informative. We felt very safe and comfortable throughout the entire time.
Cancun Adventures is a great group to do an event with. Everything from transportation to the catamaran ride, food and drinks is well done. The crew is great and puts safety first and provides excellent customer service. There was plenty of time on the island to see what you wanted and swimming in the ocean was really nice without the seaweed we had at the resort.

The crew was awesome, the water was amazing! Loved snorkeling!! Kind of a long line to check in, boat was a little crowded, the photographer never showed us our pictures so we were not able to purchase.
