Privater Shuttle zum Flughafen Cancun und zum Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe

I booked a private transfer through Trip Advisor to the Hilton Cancun Caribe All Inclusive "Enclave". DO NOT BOOK!!! I never received my ride. It took over 1 hour to find the contact. Because the number given wasn't correct.!!! It was missing a number. I had 5 people trying to assist. After tipping a few dollars to all concerned. One of the agents was able to get thru to the company. After much resurch. He told this person the private transfer van broke down and to find someone else. Note I was never contacted. That worker stated he would put me in line for a cab service. I was offered this for $65.00. Then told it would be ANOTHER HOUR!!! I said how can you get an cab faster. The airport worker said it would be $85.00. I didnt care at this point. It took another 1/2 hour to get the cab that I was promised right away. Then when the cab driver (who spoke little English) asked where i was going i gave him the location. Being I've been to this area 10 times i couldn't BELIEVE I was paying so much. I asked how much money. He said $17.80 I was in shock!!! So happy!!! I gave him $60.00 he was so HAPPY. I dont speak Spanish he started showing me pictures of his family on his phone. Then he got a "CALL" he was talking I looked at my granddaughter and said Oh, no he being told to charge us the $85. SURE ENOUGH he got off the phone. Next thing I know he said I need more money!! More money!! His happiness turned to sadness. His $60. Wasn't even enough. He gave me the phone to talk to the Cancun taxi service. I told them this was a scam and I planned to do a review. Then I was told "OK" $60. I gave him a $20. & asked for change. Instead of breaking the $20. He gave me $10. Back assuming he deserved $10. With all the tipping at the airport and the cab ride it cost me (most importantly 3hours) and $125.usd. WORST EXPERINCE!! I havent received a refund and have not been contacted. Please contact me TRIP ADVISOR I want a refund!!!!!!

It was easy to find our driver and communicate with. With a ton of people waiting for service, we were one and done. It was great!

Our experience was excellent. They were knowledgeable and informative on time were nice drivers were exceptional. Very very good communication highly recommend if you don’t go with this company it’ll be a shame.

I have been here twice and the 2 people who stuck out to me the most are Karen and Patricia. They work hard in the sun for 4 hours straight with a smile on their face. Great works and experiences. And Karen serves fresh hamburgers that are seasoned just right and fresh toppings and in the other hand Patricia makes nice tacos with a variety of choices.
